    An excellent product well explained by salesman and professionally fitted into a rather tight space by a competent and experienced plumber.We found an immediate effect on the softness of the water used with consideably less cleaning of taps, basins, shower screens etc. the fitted carbon filter to a dedicated tap for drinking water is efficient, easy to use and gives a high quality, salt free drinking water equivalent to the best bottled water. Although only installed for a few weeks we are delighted with our purchase and confident that if anything ever did go wrong with the product, the back up team at Harveys would help us very quickly.

    I have just installed one of these having kicked out a Culligan/Waterside MC250 which was very unreliable. First impressions are excellent - it seems to work fabulously well. Obviously, can't speak for reliability yet but at least it is not encumbered by any electronics, panel etc to go wrong like the Culligan. So far, I would definitely recommend it.

    Initial thoughts are it works ok and have been relativley pleased,although was confused with the Harvey Kinetico relationship only to find out later they are 2 different companies (not well explained)

    I've had my Harveys block salt softener for about 5 years now, having moved it from my flat into my new house. In that time I've not had a single problem with it. I like the fact that I just put salt in and it never goes wrong, I don't think it looks particularly stylish compared to others, but having read others experiences with leaks and faults I definitely made the right choice (plus it's hidden inside a kitchen cupboard, not out on display). I use a pack of 2 salt blocks every 7 weeks or so ...

    I've had my Harvey block salt softener for 8 years and it is the best appliance we have ever bought. It makes no noise and is easy to use, just pop two blocks of salt into the unit once a month. We have had a glass kettle for 6 years and it has never scaled up and we live in Kent in a really hard water area. My wife uses a tablespoon of washing powder in the washing machine and shampoo,soap and cleaning products seem to last forever.Also great on the skin and the rash that I used to get under my ...

    Had it a couple of months so far, no problems at all. The installation seemed easy enough and it seems to be using less salt than my old machine.

    We've thought about a water softener for a long time and when we saw the Harveys Block trial offer we thought why not. They say we save money every month. Not sure about that yet but it is true what they say about not using much washing powder.It is also helping with the dry skin. My wife loves it.So yes. we are happy bunnys.

    I had this Harveys Block Salt Softener direct from the manufacturer and have been impressed from start to finnish. They arrived on time and explained everything really well. The softener is very small and has two cylinders so we don't run out of soft water (despite 6 people in the house). The block salt makes it much easy to load and it seems to be very efficient. I would thoroughly recommend them.
