I'm am a 34 year old professional who visited this camp site for a quiet stay with my partner. The owner is the most rude individual with a blatent disregard for customer service, and treats guests with contempt. Her whole demeanor is vile and repugnant; and she is extremely confrontational with out any just cause. Other guest I spoke another couple who discribed the site as "auschwitz".

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, where you feel welcomed and where the whole family can enjoy themselves PLEASE don't waste your hard earn money on lining this horrific womens pockets, you will be bitter disappointed and more stressed than any holiday should leave you feeling. You have been warned!

I have to start by saying that the location is breath taking and our caravan was clean and really quite nice ....This was our 10th Sun holiday and to say we were dissappointed is an understatement. We were a group of 12, with varying age groups hoping to make the most of the facilities advertised.....oh yes, there weren't any! Absolutely nothing was open.We were expected to pay a deposit for this and another for that and the owner was so rude and unhelpful...how the park ever got the stars that ...

Sea View Holiday Park: I have just returned from this appalling site after spending only 4 days there, believe me it was 4 days too long! We went to this campsite on a 'Sun' holiday where it was advised there was all of these things open, nothing was, not even the reception!! My partner and i were runnig a little late so my parents who also went picked up our key, when we got into the van the television wasnt working due to the ariel lead, the owner, an ex judge, was the rudest individual i have ...

Having read the reviews to date for this year, I feel that I would add my comments. I do not defend the owners for the image they sometimes project to their paying customers nor will I defend the charging or opening hours etc., but I do feel it pertinent to point out that it is not always one sided. I stay at Seaview with my family very often throughout all the four seasons and have done so for a number of years. Many times I have witnessed rude and crass behavior of campers. I have seen unsuper ...

My family and I stayed at Sea View Holiday Park this summer , I have to say although the site was in a very pleasant setting the facilities did not not live up to the very expensive nightly rate. The toilets and showers for the wild camping (entered only with a key which you have to remember to take with you) were sub standard. There was mould on the ceiling of the shower rooms and I did not see a cleaner . The toilets were just as bad , and you were expected to clean your teeth and wash in the ...

My husband and I have just spent 5 nights in a touring caravan at Sea View Holiday Park, Sennen. The location is good with a lovely beach at Sennen. However we were disappointed with the site facilities which were nothing like their advert. In the five days that we were there the Club/bowling alley were only actually open on one day - the excuse being that there was fireworks at Lands End on tuesday, thursday and sundays so they did not open the club! Why the keys for the showers? There were n ...

we stayed at seaview holiday park earlier in the year, on a Sun holiday for £10s, before heading of we read many a review on how awful the site and staff where, so as you can imagine we were slightly worried about what to expect!! On a arrival we were greeted by friendly reception staff, who where polite and helpful all through our holiday, yes the caravans are slightly dated, but what do you expect for £10s, they where clean, warm and comfortable, besides you don't go on holiday to ...

well we have just returned from sea view ,where do you start you can't see the sea on arrivel it all looks nice until you book in then they want to charge you for everything they can, outdoor play area is great for the kids but the crazy golf is really poor and what i thought was £1.00 deposit was infact for the use of and no money returned. the swimming pool is NOT heated when i enquired regarding this i was told that you start in the toddlers pool to get used to the cold then move to th ...

We are local so knew what to expect with regard to situation, Sennen is lovely place! The Sea View staff were not over friendly, but we found them miserable rather than rude. We were a group of 5 families with children ranging from 3mths-18yrs and all of us had a ball. We used the pool- but needed the wetsuits and when it rained one morning we did use the indoor play area, which was useful but expensive and we were only allowed to stay in there for 2 hours before we would have to have paid again ...

Sea View Holiday Park, Sennen.-On arrival was delighted with pitch given close to outside playarea [had 4 children with us]. Site nicely landscaped. Toilets and acceptable. Now the big down side.
Despite this site charging us £31.00 per night [tent and small Gazebo] There was a £2.50 per person charge per session for the indoor playarea which is not mentioned there is a charge on there website. We felt this was unfair and considering the high camping charges was totally un reasonab ...

If you have children, on behalf of all harrassed parents I beg you not to go to Seaview site, Sennen. Their website is totally misleading. Despite the activities advertised, none of it is open. should you enquire why the proprietress is extremely rude and unhelpful. I spoke to members of staff who all have suffered by her treatment. The area is beautiful but the edge was taken off the holiday by the above and the fact you are expected to hand over deposits for everything (don't expect to get it ...

The site is very nicely landscaped and to our delight ,as we had four children with us, were given a pitch close to the outdoor play area.
However on visiting the main building discovered there was a £2.50 charge per person per session to use the indoor play area. As we were paying £31.00 per night to pitch our tent and small Gazebo we felt the £2.50 charge totally unnacceptable and despite rainy weather did not use the facilty. Also we were not happy to find the swimming pool ...

Okay, we camped for 5 nights at the beginning of august... we likedthe look of the Sea View Holiday Park website, and all the facilities it had to offer. We were taking 3 children with us and for bad weather days there seemed ample indoor play facilities surrounded by picturesque countryside.
But when we arrived it wasn't as we thought, to use the indoor soft play/ play gym area it was £2.50 pr child for 2 hrs AND adults had to buy drinks whilst in there. Ten pin bowling was priced at &pou ...

do not go to Sea View Holiday Park, the staff are incredibly rude, unhelpful and aggressive. They destroyed our holiday by demanding we pay an extra £80 before we could pitch even though we had paid in advance, and then when we wanted our money back they refused!! what was meant to be a fun family holiday was ruined by their attitude.

The beach is amazing, the first and last inn was brilliant, lands end fireworks on a thursday night in aug were superb.

The Sea View Holiday Park location is fantastic. The facilities are mainly shut . The staff are at best unhelpful and rude. The shower and toilet facilities are rationed. We had 2 pitches but were only allowed access to 1 shower between 7 of us, the toilet facilities were very limited. If you read the web page take it all with a pinch of salt the bar is closed much of the time, the childrens indoor play area is mainly closed, you need permission to use the pool. The shop which is barely stocke ...

    Sea View Holiday Park, Sennen

First of all, check the location. The park is addressed as Sennen, PENZANCE. Sennen is actually 1 mile from Lands End! So instead of being on the edge of one of the main towns, you have to go a further 8 or 9 miles to, effectively, a tiny village in the middle of nowhere, almost at the end of the track. It's so blatently not Penzance when you get there, that you can't help feeling deliberately mis-sold.

We booked through the Sun Holidays, and chose this site b ...

We stay at Seaview beginning of July this year. The caravan was clean and we found the staff friendly. The breakfasts we pre booked was value for money. The only complaint we had was the fact the bar was never opened and although we are out all day it would have been nice to have a drink when we came back at 9pm in evening.

What a shame about the staff at Sea View Holiday Park! and state of most of the caravans, because the location is terrific, and Sennan Cove is just breath taking and beautiful, and a BIG thankyou to the 1st & last Inn, the staff and food there terrific. I do not know where the grading of excellence came from or DAVID BELLAMY AWARD , change the staff (do they own the site?) clean & upgrade the caravans, OPEN the shop, and entertainment centre for the kids, PULL DOWN the swimming pool(too small ...
