I was told if I returned my Fendi Frames they would be replaced by new ones. I sent them in to Site91 in December 2008. By February 7th 2009 I had heard nothng about them so I called Site 91 . I was was told my new frames were in the post and I should recieve them in a couple of days. After a non delivery I called - which was 8 times over 5 days. Finally I was told that the new ones were missing and even though they had tracking number they had no explanation. I was fobbed of with various ...

I bought some Prada glasses thru this site which I waited for 2 and a half months to receive -but they were a bit cheaper than on the high street so I waited on- however the lenses came off after 2 months I am trying to get through to them but they just will not answer any calls - I think they've gone bust! Steer away. would not recommend.

I ordered some oakleys from Site 91 Opticians 2 months ago, paid at time of order, keep being told they are out of stock at oakley, phoned another online supplier who said they are fine and could deliver in 4 days. Very Concerned

After waiting for the last 5 weeks for my glasses, I would take everything in the customer service with a pinch of salt. The shop still has not notified me why my order is so late, or indeed when I will receive it. I feel as though I am getting nowhere with the shop. I would not recommend this site.

Site 91 Opticians - I spent a long look trying to find a decent online optician for my first foray for buying glasses that way. I took the plunge and have regretted nothing with site91.co.uk. The glasses came well packaged and with free delivery and quite a bit quicker then my high street D and A order. They were also problem free unlike the ones that I got from D and A.The price was superb and from start to finish the service that I received was excellent. Highly recommended. ...
