Having read these reviews, my own is much the same--paid in December 08, still waiting (Sept 09). Emails are not acknowledged. I ordered from 'BeyondtheRainbow', now it's 'DillyDotsTots'. When this is shutdown it will change to another. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER! The only reason I have given any stars is that this review requires at least 1 star to be chosen. The site and service deserve no stars.

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order with Dilly Dots Tots - Terrible service, ordered a wooden farm in April costing nearly £100 for a charity run pre-school after a fundraising event - now in June it is still not here, I've tried to email (they are returned) and despite the owner calling from her mobile it has still not arrived, nor has the phone call I was promised materlised!

I ordered my item from Dilly Dots Tots on 29th April 2009and still to this date I have yet to receive my order(22nd May 09). The company are extremely difficult to get hold of and do not return e mails or phone messages. They have blamed delay upon the courier company. They have taken my money and I have received nothing in return.

l to wished that l had come on here first before ordering from Dilly Dots Tots as l would never of ordered from them .
l ordered way back in November a Le Toy Van Fairy train set for my daughter for Christmas which cost £59.99, after chasing the order it arrived damaged as it had been sent with no packaging at all just in its original box. Contacted Dilly Dots Tots who said they would phone me back to arrange a replacement, no phone call was returned so tried to call them back the answer ...

Having read these reviews for Dilly Dots Tots I wish I had done so before ordering anything. As with other reviewers I placed an order than never materialised. This was for a Le Toy Van airshow and a haba book with a combined price of over £50 and so free delivery which is why I ordered from there. Ordered item from beyond the rainbow, item was never received, never returned phone calls, replied to one email out of many regarding the delivery of the item.

Eventually after much hassle got a refund for the item, company advised though that the item would still be on its way and never arrived

In my opinion Dilly Dots Tots promised much but delivered nothing to me! I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. Despite stating a preferred date of delivery to ensure it arrived before my son's first birthday, I am still waiting 3 weeks later! On 9th February I placed an order with Dilly Dots Tots, on the 6th March still nothing received. I placed several telephone calls and e-mails. Nothing is being done so far. I paid £49,-, but have to buy item from another company again. very disappointing.

Six weeks later and after numerous phone calls and emails and promises that my missing items have been sent and the broken item replaced I'm still waiting. Would not use Dilly Dots again.

The Dilly Dots Tots web site showed how the rubber stamps i wanted would look after printing them. The other web sites gave no indication of what sort of print you would get. One very pleased customer who will use you again.

I can't comment on the product as I still haven't received it.Ordered an item on 9 Dec. Money taken on 10th. I emailed on 18th to ask about delivery times - received no response.I emailed again on 22nd explaining it was supposed to be a Christmas present - reply basically said 'call me' but left no number.I scoured the website and called both numbers I found, one didn't seem to work and the other had no answer when I tried.Figured I'd wait and see if it arrived. 5 Jan I've still not received it. ...

Web site showed that stock was available. I received a phone call 3 days later after placing an order; they said that these were not in stock and not available. Very dissappointed. Promised me a refund; still waiting 10 days later...not very good!

I would not advise anybody to place an order with these people paid quite alot of money and have had terrible service. I've sent email after email plus telephone calls and they just keep 'palming me off' with excuses. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter so when she woke up she was very disappointed, doesn't look like i'm getting it for xmas either! Do not order from here its certainly not worth the hassel!!

It has so far been over a month since we placed an order with dilly dots tots and we have not received our goods yet despite the money being taken two days later. We have emailed them twice and left answerphone messages but received no reply, i would definitely not recommend this website.

Excellent website, good value quality items. Excellent service they are local to me and I am able to collect my items which saves postage. Couldn't speak highly enough of this website and the company.

Brilliant customer service - the staff were very helpful when I placed an order - the products I received were wonderful!
I would recommend this site for anyone who is buying gifts for children - the goods are really good quality, the service is excellent and I will be shopping there again.

Dilly Dots Tots is an excellent website and couldn't disagree any more than the other review. Found everybody very helpful at Dilly Dots Tots and quality of toys was excellent. Delivery service was efficient and no problems at all.

Excellent website, can't wait to place my christmas order! Many Thanks!

Identical experience to the previous reviewer. Having ordered and paid for items, they were never received. After several emails and telephone calls, assurances from the company that in fact two shipments had been despatched, nothing has arrived yet. Parcel Force tracking of the tracking number given and a phone call to Parcel Force directly indicated nothing had ever bee picked up. Mobile number on the web site, whenever I've tried it, appears to be out of service as well. Five weeks after ...

5 weeks since placing my order and only 1 of my 2 items has arrived yet, also unwrapped, despite my requesting for it to be wrapped. I never received an email or any kind of confirmation for my order, which was a little worrying. I found them hard to get hold of for queries.

If you want a unique, traditional toy for someone, this is a great website. But I would advise, in my experience, to be prepared to wait to receive your order.
