    Extremely helpful staff. Efficient transfers both to and from the Airport -only had to wait a few minutes. Lighting could be improved at night-time and a functional toilet would have been helpful. However, it is a car park and not a public convenience.

    First time we used the farm location parking, little unsure before hand but it proved to be an excellent service, friendly and quick service. Much cheaper than onsite parking and will definately use this company again - well done and thank you!!

    I keep using WCP car parking, I have never had any poblem, my car is always kept safe and I love excelent service from star to finish. Staff is very friendly and more than helpful.

    Turned up on time. Car park was under staffed. Waited 45min to be transfered to airport. Ended up jumping into another car which had got fed up of waiting and just made it in time to check in. If we had waited for WCP to take us we would of missed our flight. The woman on the desk was rude had a serious attitude problem. The parking is at least 30min from bristol airport and in the middle of no where. Would pay the extra next time for the convinence of parking at the airport.

    Bristol, WCP Airport Parking is an absolute shambles! We arrived late because we couldn't find the place and had to ring for directions. When we did arrive the description on the website was a little fabricated to say the least. The receptionist was rude and unfriendly,toilets were out of order and the bus shuttle does not run every half hour as stated, but just when they feel like which becomes very stressful when you need to get to the terminal quickly.     I won't vouch for WCP Airport parking. When We returned to Bristol We had to wait 50 minutes for the shuttle van as they were overstretched. On arriving at the car park I found the drivers door handle had been ripped off.


    The person on duty refused to acknowledge this and now no-one will return emails or phone calls.


    I had to get the police involved but apparently there was no cctv footage for the period I left my vehicle. Now I am taking the company to court over the matter

    Stumbled across wcp airport parking by chance, what a excellent service could not fault it, value for money, staff very helpfull minibus was waiting at rapid pick up point, they even have a baby seat for customers to borrow for the bus journey. I have recommended them to my friends and have already booked to stay with them again. A++++++++++++

    i fly from bristol very often and i have used most of the carparks around.
    i have to say wcp people don't drive my car around. wcp is very big place so you can be sure your car will stay there. i mean most of the other carparks have reception on one address and they park your car miles away from their reception which means that somebody is driving your car around the bristol. wcp is proper carparking for very fair price and i can obly fully recommend it.

    All went smoothly with WCP Airport parking, MiniBus left as soon as we arrived and was at the AIRPORT by the time we walked through customs. It is good value for money

    WCP Airport parking is 10 minutes away from airport but very cheap and safe carparking. We are impressed. I'm ging to recommend to all my friends.

    We have been using Bristol WCP for 2 years. We always pay only £22.50 per week for 5 persons, they take us to airport, pick us up from airport. Service is amazing. Fully recomended!!!

    We were running late as the result of an accident and we rang WCP. We would not have got to WCP in time so we asked if someone could collect our car from the airport.
    WCP upgraded us to the meet & greet service at a small cost of £12.50p and we were duly met at the airport with just minutes to spare.
    We would have lost our holiday and at great cost, however. WCP saved our holiday and picked us up promptly on our return.

    Outward journey from WCP to airport. The minibus had a flat battery the driver had to jump start it. We left the yard. We drove (it seemed) fast down the narrow lane. In the airport I don't think he knows what speed ramps are for apart from seeing how close to the roof lining the passengers get. He didn't assist us getting our luggage off he just stood and watched. (Perhaps this is what is meant by Rapid pick up).

    30/09/08 14:00 return journey to WCP was satisfactory apart from passenger side door not opening from outside. 27/09/08 9:00 Outward journey from WCP to airport.     The cheapest parking for Bristol airport, nice pleasant people. A little confusion with address. So gud that I use them every time I fly from Bristol

    On returning from our trip (a week and a half ago), we found that our car had been damaged. When we reported this to the man in the office, he was very abrupt and told us to email the owner. We have emailed and telephoned him several times, but he has not responded to any of our emails, is never at the car park when we call and has not had the courtesy to reply to any of our messages.
