The king of paper jams. Expensive cartridges that won't work in the printer because the unit says they're empty, when they're not. Extremely frustrating unit in my experience. No full bleed A4 printing. Can't put more than a few sheets of paper in it without all of them being fed through it. Frustrating and a large waste of money for me. Has put me off any HP products in the future. Only electrical item other than a mobile phone that I've wanted to smash. (read more)
