    Good Points: Quality, efficient (in relation to most water softeners on the market), aesethetically much nicer than our old unit / others we compared.
    Remote control unit / gadget very useful - only unit on the market with this system.
    Extremely low salt and waste water usage. hence, environmentally much better than most.


    Bad Points: Not the cheapest unit on the market but you get what you pay for..


    General comments: The EcoWater ESM11+ Water Softener is a very good quality unit and fantastic service and support from our local Ecowater Main Dealer.
    I find the remote Control very useful and a great gadget to show off! (our unit is in the garage).
    Uses only one bag of Salt every 3 Months! and our water is brilliantly soft.Ddealer also supplied our main drinking water system that links via the remote control - we would totally recommend Ecowater and this particular product.
