    First the advantage: the Apartment Moll is good localized near the Arc of Triumphe and metro station but it is only one advantage.
    Now disadventages:
    1. You must know, the keys to the flat are in the another part of town, so if You travel with a large luggage or babys, it may be a problem.
    2. The flat is dark and wet. It is in the firs lavel on the courtyard so sun have never shine here.
    3. The kitchen and toilet aren't separated there isn't any door so you cook in the toilet.
    4. soft pillows and blankets were dirty.
    5. the shower room was very dirty, there was a mold on the wall, wall was dirty and the paint out of the wall.
    6. the service is very bad, on friday I have announced the shower is broken, shower room is dirty and closed cover is broken. They promissed repair all as soon as possible but they have repair the shower only on monday and havn't done the others.

    I definitely don't recommended this flat.

    I must complain that the description of the flat was incomplete and misleading:a) the bathroom and the kitchen were not separated, there is no door. In other words you cook in the bath.b) soft pillows and blankets were very dirty.c)Nobody tell us that the flat is located inside a court yard (only one day before), at 13.00 the flat is dark and dampd)Only one day before they tell us that we had to travel to the other side of Paris to get the keys, nothwithstanding we have a 2 years old baby (and ...

    Liked location. Although arriving very late at night we were forced to travel to an entirely separate location, on the other side of Paris to pick up the keys from a safe. We were not told of this until the day before out departure, after 3 phone calls and 4 emails just trying to get some details from the apartment owners.
    However, beyond that I was also very unhappy to find the apartment was not clean upon our arrival. The bathroom and shower had clearly not been touched as there was still so ...
