Good Points: Good website

Bad Points: Customer service, I have found that trying to contact them is almost impossible.

General comments: I purchased some flowers for my daughter from Birthday Flowers which did arrive on the day but at 5pm. When they arrived two flowers were broken she decided not to worry but cut them off and put them into a glass. But by the next day most of them were hanging out of the vase. The next day they were nearly all dead. I waited untl the Friday when I visited my daughter and tried calling the customer services. Hours later at 1:20 I emailed but was advised that there was nothing I could do as the time for complaints had passed i.e. 3 days and I was out of that time. Bearing in mind it was only 2 and a half days but the email stated that there was nothing I could do. I therefore checked the website and it appears the customer service adviser was incorrect. I had in fact 7 days to complain and they would respond in 3 days.
I emailed again stating this fact but have received no reply yet and am very disappointed that they have so far not responded with an apology for their error or an offer to replace the flowers.
On reading the other reviews I feel its not surprising really that I had a bad experience I should have read the review first.

I found this site on a search engine, i found the prices to be very good and no additional delivery charge, flowers arrived on time next day, my mum loved the flowers, she was very happy with them, i got to see them when i went over on the weekend, they were still looking brilliant, and we got 2 small gold bars of chocolates free, they were small but delicious.

I ordered 12 roses from www.birthdaysflowers.co.uk for my wife for our anniversary... only 5 arrived on the wrong day! However, when I contacted them, they said they would send 12 if I paid an ADDITIONAL £25!
They do not deliver on the days stated, apparently it is an error on the site which has never been rectified!
The free chocolates offered were not delivered with my order!
Disappointing customer service
