- I had placed an order for delivery of flowers to India for a wedding with a clear message (wedding wishes)to be put up in the flower arrangement. But what was delivered was one with birthday wishes and with wrong person's name. The photo displayed in the website with the price doesn't match the Scarlet Red Roses in a 2 Feet Tall Basket(75 roses). In the description, it states 75 roses, but there were hardly 50 roses. - Though on the positive side, I did receive call from customer service stating recipient was not reachable and to provide alternate contact no. - I had placed an order for 2 deliveries on the same day. I was able to reach only one of the recipient upon delivery of flowers who sent me the pic and the wishes (wrong one). I have no idea about the status of the delivery of the 2nd order I placed as I am not able to reach the recipient currently though I have received delivery confirmation mail from Gifts to India 24x7. Plus Points - Customer service is good- you receive calls to confirm the order placed, if the recipient is not reachable - Order can be placed easily through website - Delivery was on time - Would recommend to a friend provided the recipient receives same wishes and similar bouquet (if not exact) as ordered.

I am not really happy about this order nor service. I had placed an order for my in laws for Diwali. First of all, they had to go pick up their order not delivered to our house and secondly, not all items were given for which I paid for. Good 3-4items were missing and they have opened the ticket to take care of the issue. Once the issue is resolved, I will update my review if it's better.

I found it convenient, although i totally dislike the criteria of mentioning price on the courier package. I will highly suggest to get rid of such condition!

I loved the flowers and cake. Flowers were really fresh and beautiful. However, the cake had nothing written on top. I wish I had an option of choosing what to write on the cake. If it cannot be personalized, a simple "Happy " would have been okay too. The online chat person was not very prompt in replying even after giving all the details. I had to wait more than 20 minutes for one reply. Also, they have a "Midnight Section" for midnight delivery, which I got to know after making the purchase. I wasn't able to find it on their website without the "Search" button. I am really happy with the product though.

I sent a mother's day personalized mug to my mom. But the picture was not placed properly and nothing cud b seen! Now it's jus a plain mug!! I was not happy with tht. ...... The mug shown in the preview was great... But the delivered product was very low quality.

Loved the overall presentation. Card and flowers seemed to be of good quality but cake was of a inferior quality and very soggy by the time it was delivered. Please deliver fresh cakes as the customers like me order them for special occasions.

I had ordered a hamper containing half kg pineapple cake and 12 red carnations bouquet. It was later changed to 15 roses which was also good. Delivery was very fast and got order on time. But quality of cake was very poor. Didn't seem fresh and taste was also not good. Apart from that I had requested a message to be delivered along with the hamper which was not provided.

Very good service and fast delivery however they need to read the description deliver cake as a different name it was from my wife names that is chirashree and they wrote it down as rajshree

Had issues with my order. The customer support was very good & timely. They sorted it out quickly. It was a last minute order but the items were still delivered asap. Very happy with their timely service . But not satisfied with the items delivered. The message on the cake was written shabbily. The word Anniversary was split into two words "Anniver" and "sorry". The message part was the most disappointing. It spoilt the whole look of the cake . The flowers were good. If i could choose a bakery would definitely chose a different one.

bouquet of roses was not up to expectation. The arrangement was of poor quality and seemed to be old stock and slightly wilted.

I oreder 2 rakhis,one was deliver on Raksha bandhan but other one on the same day but customer serveice rep was so rude and instead of giving me any option or suggetion she was very much interested in cancelling an order which is not accepted at all.the same thing she could have presented in a better way and convince me that we will try to deliver by Raksha bandhan. So please improve you services as there are so many online options are available to send gift to India.

Always I order 2 or 3 items as gift for one person. It is never delivered as one pack. It's delivered on different dates too. Team needs to work on this.

I have been using this website to send gifts to India since last five years but last year and this year it was not good customer service.

We have used Giftstoindia24*7 many times over the years. We have been satisfied with the service but not with the quality of the products. I would never order flowers from this site ever. They look like nothing advertised....

Transaction system is well below international standard. I spent more than 5 hours & had a few telephone converstions before finally got through with the help of a staff. I made several attempts before without success. I even left another product off because I didn't rely the system with expensive products. Then after I finally made this pursase I tried again to purchase the other more expensive product but faced same problem again in the check out trying to pay. You need separate pay pal & other intrnational cards payment. I didn't want to go through pay pal payment.You are loosing business because of your payment system. I would have used you more if there hadn't been this problem. Your log in system is not usable, because it doesn't come until I go to checkout.

Good gifting site with large number of items with variety... Easy and quick support from customer care executive... Genuine products with reasonable price tags...

1,There was a local flower shop's address on the gift instead sender's name !!!!! 2,My message was not in the gift. I could guess that the problem was with the local dealer 3,On your website,before payment you have to confirm delivery date and cut off time for the date not after payments
