I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Father on Father's Day. The flowers delivered were dried and in a very bad condition. The delivery was nothing close to what was shown in the pictures, and to top it off they were dried and wilted. The delivery reached my father at 3pm in the afternoon when I had specifically asked for a morning delivery, i.e to atleast make it before 11am. The customer service promised me it will be by 12pm. “Flowers and Nuts ordered for a location in Kerala”

The flowers were delivered on the said date. However, they were brought from a small town three hours away by train. By the time it was delivered to the city it was faded from the 3 hour train journey and wet from the heavy rains. They were received in poor condition. The dried nuts and fruits ordered from the site were delivered in a bata shoe box!!! Small packets of nuts all tossed into a bata shoe box and delivered. Totally unlike the beautiful presentation they showed on the website. (read more)

The items were totally different that what was shown in pictures. The flowers were wilted and not trimmed, teddy bear was ugly with bright pink in color. The cake was not even close to bday cake I ordered, didn't even write Happy bday on it. I actually felt insulted and regret even sending anything to my sister-in-law.
