I read the reviews about this merchant only after I had made a purchase. I had totally lost all hopes that my item will be delivered on time or even just the fact that it would be delivered. But to my surprise, the item was delivered on time (although, it was delivered at 10:30 pm). Keeping in mind that it was a state holiday in Punjab on that day and all stores were closed, it really surprised me that they were able to deliver the order on time.

I ordered a Birthday cake from this website on October 12th 2009. They charged money on my credit card but the cake was never delivered. I tried reaching them on their customer care number but no one picks the call. I tried contacting them using their online "ContactUs" link but there is no way you can submit your complaint using that link. I lost my money, moreover it spoiled that special day. So the advice is "STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE".

Used this site twice. First time they were not able to deliver on time. Second time they changed the order by themselves stating that what I ordered was not available. It seems like they decide what to send and when to send with your money.

Do not use this company, I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I used their service.

This company is a fraud and operated on false advertisement. I had two packages sent in Gujarat for Rakshabandhan, only one was delivered. The other one was not delivered because the delivery person requested an additional 600 Rs. from the recipient. Their website has false and misleading claims regarding their delivery service. I wrote to them asking for a refund and they are still investigating the issue.

I would like to suggest that people avoid using this site completely. They asked for extra money from the recipient of the gift claiming that octroi was required since the location was Thana. This should have been a part of the dispatch cost and not payed for by the recipient. Imagine getting a birthday gift for which you have to pay the money for! Avoid Gifts to India at all costs!

Very poor presentation and late delivery. Never use the 'same day delivery option'. I ordered a fruit basket with flowers. The fruit basket reached 2 days after the date they promised and did not get the flowers. The person called up and he himself was amazed that the flowers did not reach. I will never use Gifts To India again and also will not recommend to anybody.

www.Gifts-To-India.com - is big fraud site. This is not the first time happened to me on this site and the delivered products dont even look or
match with the ones shown on the website.The quality of the delivered products is really bad and the customer service response is horrible..

I will NOT RECOMMEND this site to anybody who wants to send gifts ..

Its a total dissappointment ordering on this site.

www.gifts-to-india.com -- (1) Website is slow (2) I made a payment via a credit card and didnt get an order number, on top of it I got a message saying your details can easily readable by others (quite shocking) (3) Website doesn't provide me the orders even though my card has been billed (4) still waiting for website owners reply on the order. I will definitely not use this website any more.

I had ordered a 2.2lbs cake to my nephew on his birthday from Gifts To India 24x7. The cake that was delivered was vary small about 1 lbs whereas i paid for 2.2 lbs. Moreover the cake looked nothing like the one shown in the site. I wasted my money.

I will never ever use www.gifts-to-india.com. My gift was never received its already two months and they have not replied sufficiently to my emails. Even after two months they are saying they need time to investigate...

I do not recommend Gifts To India 24x7. I found it to be a very bad website with really poor service. I found this website to have very pricey and expensive things. I ordered something and it never reached my brother on time. It was delayed by two weeks even though their website said they have a 24 hour service. My brother still hasnt recieved the things that I ordered.
