    Have bought my bridesmaid dresses from Go Bridal in Birmingham and has been a nightmare from start to finish! They were 3 weeks late being delivered, they were altered wrongly and to top it off, found out yesterday they'd steamed one of the dresses wrongly and it now has a huge watermark on the front! I won't now get it until the day before my wedding (next week!) They have been rude and disorganised and have tried to blame us for the problem.

    I visited go bridal on saturday with my mother and bride maids
    on entering the shop to choosing my perfect dress I had a wonderful and relaxing time. Everyone at the shop was so helpful and honest and not pushing the sale. what a change from other shops, they took all the stress out of day and made me feel great and mom cried at the dress they helped me choose.

    I visited Go bridal on the 16th May 09 and my experience was fantastic, the staff were polite and helpful and the advice i received was excellent. They also made my mum and chief bridesmaid welcome. I found the perfect dress and although they did not have the dress in the exact colour I wanted they showed me pictures on the internet and bridemaids dresses in the colour I wanted.I cannot fault any aspect of the service I received from beginning to end.

    Go Bridal, Birmingham is very well laid out, nice changing areas, and the staff were very friendly and very supportive of you, I have a fuller figure and so could not fit into most dresses size 10, however they made me feel beautiful and very relaxed

    I have read all the comments on here, and I think there has been a change of staff, this is what I found out anyway, so I feel very confident to advise you to go there...In my opinion you will have a lovely relaxing and unpressurised day trying on ...

    I have just bought my dress from Go Bridal in Birmingham. The staff there were all very friendly and helpful from the moment I first went in to try on dresses right up to the point of collection. When I first went to try on some dresses I ended up with all of my family and my future mother in law, sister in law plus my two nieces. We totally took over the shop but the staff were so helpful and didn't mind at all me bringing so many people. They were very honest about the dresses I was trying ...

    I wish I'd gone with my gut instincts and never bought a dress from Go Bridal, Birmingham.

    They seemed to be very unhelpful when it comes to choosing a dress. They never called me to tell me the dress arrived, even though they said they did and they are the only place that has charged me £15 for a fitting fee, when the fitting took 10 minutes.     When I went to Go Bridal last weekend I was pleasently surprised! After previous shops that i'd visited I wasn't really looking froward to trying on any dresses, however the moment I arrived at Go Bridal to the moment I left I had the most amazing time, the staff were so friendly and made me feel relaxed straight away, the person who was assisting me was very helpful and honest!     I booked an appointment to look at bridesmaid dresses, and during our visit other customers were also sharing a very small space. I had travelled into Birmingham especially to look at Watters dresses as the store is listed as a stockist, however there were 3 dresses by this make which I found to be very disappointing.

    I found Go Bridal, Birmingham very disappointing! I travelled to Birmingham especially to try on 1 particular gown as I was unable to find a stockist locally. They had the gown, but the sample looked a mess. In fact most of the samples looked old and dirty. Many appeared badly marked with make up/fake tan and the bottom of each gown was filthy where they had been dragged along the floor so many times.
