Bad Points: Good start. Not much to complain! Hope they do regular updates.

General comments: Great website. I did not know they had this type of online shopping website in SL. Sure is an advantage for me since now I don't always have to drive to unity plaza for my electronics! Like to see more products! I'm a technophobe!

I've dealt with Metromall online store 3 times now and only once have I had a problem with a faulty product. Customer support was quick to resolve this and I was provided with a replacement without a hassle. I would recommend this site to anyone and hope that they maintain their great customer service!

Metromall is a online shopping website for the Sri Lankan consumer market. Product line keeps increasing daily. Customer support is very good. Great site for consumer goods with impressive delivery times!
