When you have paid and joined homeswapper ( SCOUT SOLUTIONS ), logging in is ok, but try searching for a home is terrible, just either keeps logging you out or its a snail pass search, on rare occasions when it does work it does a good service. Whats amazing is that when you DON'T log in, you can have a fast search for homes with no problems, but they don't give you the contact details. So you have to join. That is very poor customer service, they take your money and could not care less. Please ...

in my opinion Homeswapper is a waist of time there are not many people on there serious about moving hence alot of time wasters. It gives you matches that arnt relevent to you and your needs and because its not free for everyone it limits the amount of people that use the sight. I have been on Homeswapper for 3 years now and it has got me nowhere just adds to the stress of not being able to move. In my opinion its needs looking over on how the sight can be improved as it could really do with it.

Very helpful and easy to use. It's true that you get loads of matches quickly. We registered on Wednesday and by Thursday morning we had 27 matches. We move in 6 weeks time - hooray... thank you HomeSwapper!
