“Very poor reception although the info in the store...”

Very poor reception although the info in the store said it would be excellent ! The staff at the T Mobile store just want to sell you something.. compared with vodafone mobile broadband this is useless.
I have now tried using this USB stick for a year, fortunately I also have a Vodafone one as the T Mobile cannot be relied on. also tried to use it in France and the additional cost was horrific. (read more)
