    same thing blue screen all the time orange havent sorted it out been on the phone hours at a time completely lack customer service skills and no help got a year left on orange icon 225

    Orange ICON 225 is a very convenient product and support our local network ..the only downside is that the heat of the device could sometimes too hot...but overall the performance is great!!!...fast and simple i would say.

    No matter how desperate you are DONT DO IT, I have been with orange mobile for 9 yrs and until recently was a loyal customer. This product was not fit for purpose whan it went to market. It has not improved since.

    The Orange ICON 225 has been random, frequent and very confusing crashing on xp. orange support dont know how to resolve issues so im left with something that will only work when i've re-formatted my pc.

    Only for the desperate ... sorry i bought it and watch for instore subtle hint when buying this thing .. Carphone warehouse stipulate they wont even take it back once its gone out the door...

    The Orange ICON 225 is a very strange combination of very good product against very poor customer service and supply of information. If your looking to access the internet without using BT landline then look no further. Small and very versatile but you will need a LOT of patience. Settings can be changed using windows device manager but its trial and error, When using orange software online causes system crashes and failed downloads.
