    Good Points: Generally reliable service. The auto-run on the USB dongle makes it properly plug-and-play on a laptop.


    Bad Points: There's no ability to change the contract. I have lost my job and have no need for the contract at present but am obliged to continue paying for it. If they had agreed to suspend the account and resume the 24 month minimum term when I have an income, they could have had a happy customer for life. However, their inflexibility means I'll shop around for the best deal when my phone contract comes up for renewal. Shame on them!


    General comments: A generally satisfied Vodafone customer since 1996, I know the network works, more than I can say for the other networks I've had to suffer with employer-provided phones I pay £15 per month for 24 month contract for 3GB per month - should have taken the 1GB because I never even use that much. You can upgrade easily but not downgrade during the contract term, so start low and buy more if you need it. 3G coverage is much less accessible than claimed, 2G (GSM) coverage is everywhere but at 56K (upload and download) which is poor and can sometimes make WiFi worth paying for. I'm bemused to note that customers with no Vodafone contract phone are getting cheaper broadband deals from Vodafone. That definitely sticks in the throat.

    Bargain, £7.50 for 3gb if you are already on Vodafone. Easy to return for a refund if it didn't work.
    14 day return policy (you apparently will be billed for usage) which as no coverage (worst than dialup) I used. Easy to return but await the costs of downloading a few meg.
    Well recommend Vodafone Mobile Broadband 3GB.

    I looked on the internet to find the best mobile internet deals and found a good deal at some website. I got a vodafone 7.2 USB modem stick with 3GB of data per month for only £9.99 a month but you do have to add the VAT to this price, but this is still a bargain price when compared with the Vodafone shop . Delivery is free though and I did call the company to confirm the offer.
