    Thai food online take the money for your order immediately, although in my case no goods have been delivered after 3 weeks. When calling to enquire, they have no means of tracing your order despite quoting an order reference , I have now called them around ten times & despite promises of call backs & refunds, nothing has been done ; spend your money elsewhere.

    Ordered 3 items from thai food online, & I'm still awaiting delivery after 3 weeks. Called thai-food-online to enquire about the order status, but they have no means of tracking your order despite being provided with the order number, & the fact that the order should have been dispatched via courier as the order contained fresh produce.
    The company is however very efficient at taking the money for your order from your account.

    Thai Food Online has a decent selection. I find it very frustrating that nobody has yet developed a complete Thai site for my wife to be able to order the food herself. No Thai Language option. I end up printing out the products and she tells me which ones to buy and I order them for her. Also was not told that it would take a week for delivery of fresh produce. Overall I wan't particularly pleased.

    Very quick delivery from Thai Food Online ordered it on Monday and received it on Wednesday!! Packaging was good too. I did want to order some fresh items too, but was told that these are only sent out once a week, so delivery might not have been so quick had I ordered any lemongrass and galangal.
