    Morris Homes have a good layout but build quality is very poor and they do not seem interested in fixing problems. I'd be very wary about buying from them.

    Morris Homes offered me a warranty but seem very bad at sorting out anything I raised to them. We have had them back countless time to sort out the problems they have been to sort out in the 1st place. We have had problems such as; sloping and split floorboards, water coming in through the kitchen wall, dead grass, countless large cracks, door handles falling off, doors that don't shut, central heating not set up correctly, emersion heater not connected, damaged windows and doors, the list goes ...

    Morris Homes do not appear to have finished the project where we live to my satisfaction. As you come on to the new estate the open plane land was to be trees garden and a space for family to meet etc. Well after 2 years this still looks unfinished. I would of liked to have know that a builder as good as these would leave site in such a state.
