    Bovis Homes at Brough in East Yorkshire have demonstarted the worst management track record I have ever come across in 40 years of buying and selling houses. The list of problems when we moved in ran to 9 pages of A4. We ended up in court with a judgemnent against Bovis for breach of contract. Five years on from concluding the case we are still having proplems with our foul drains. After more than six years of residential occupancy on the estate they have just finished the road infrastructure. Without question Bovis Homes at Brough have successfully demonstrated how to build houses to the lowest possible standard and then antagonise the porr unfortunate purchasers by taking the arts of prevarication and obfuscation to heights hitherto unexplored.
