    Good Points: Great location, lots of activities and attractions, superb food and wines, top service and friendly staff, outdoor hot tubs.


    General comments: Hotel Ranga is a perfect setting for exploring south Iceland all year around. Plethora of activities and attractions nearby, outdoor hot tubs in natural geothermal water, local food with fish and lamb as the specialties, the rooms are of very high standard and the staff is very friendly and helpful. A great destination for couples and friends loving the nature.

    Great Staff at the Hotel Ranga. Good restaurant. Modern rooms with underfloor heating etc.
    Riding, golfing, sight-seeing all within a few kilometres. Very comfortable (for Iceland). This hotel is located some 150 kilometres from the capital on the road to the south east of the country. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Not the most beautiful area and pricey.
