Good Points: You feel like royalty staying at this amazing hotel, all the staff are very friendly and happy to help, ready to bring you your next drink, the food is very nice and lots to choose from. The room we stayed in was gorgeous, had a huge bed and beautiful painting on the wall, the maids always left flowers and swans on our beds made from our towels. Your room is cleaned perfectly everyday. The pool is huge and beach is absolutely amazing!

Bad Points: The entertainment at night is not too good if your 21 years old like me, and looking for some excitement. It's very nice and relaxing though.

General comments: I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for pure relaxation and excellent service. Oh and you have to go swimming with the dolphins it was very cheap and the most amazing day of my life. Just a shame about the night life and the fact you are very much hotel bound.
