    Good Points: Very easy, very cheap, superb service


    Bad Points: None


    General comments: The whole shopping experience with Tools and Leisure was very very easy - easy to use website - but if I'm honest I was attracted by the prices for the items I wanted - cheapest I could find...so if you add in excellent service we are all happy parties.

    Brilliant service from Tools and Leisure - Ordered a load of reflectors for the front of our hotel to assist customers with their parking. As I wanted a lot I thought I would chance my arm at getting a discount, although the prices were the best I could find, nothing ventured nothing gained. The company got back to me within good time and we negotiated an agreed price which included free delivery. The ordered was paid for and they arrived today, exactly when they said they would.     Tools and Leisure was a very good shopping 'browse and buy' experience. I found my items quickly and managed to look at other related products without navigating through loads of pages...probably ordered more as a result though! Easy fast checkout through Google but did have a choice of other payment people.

    Tools and Leisure were perfect, superb, affordable, well communicated purchase, fast affordable delivery, and I must say I saved a packet on the items that I purchased compared to so called high street names. I placed an order at 2.15pm on a Friday thinking I would get my products on the following Monday, however, I got them at 9.00am on Saturday. Admittedly this does rest in the hands of Royal Mail and how reliable they are on delivery " but I do give credit to www.toolsandleisure.co.uk as the ...

    I came across Tools and Leisure whilst browsing review centre and read the reviews from other shoppers. Sometimes I question the authentic nature of these reviews but I found a lot of items on this site that I needed, at really good prices, so I thought I would try tools and leisure. So glad I did.     Ordered a variety of lightweight items from www.toolsandleisure.co.uk. Put in an order at 3.45pm - got it the next morning - wow quick service. This was surprising as I picked the cheaper delivery option but tools and leisure looked at my order and I believe because it was not that heavy sent it first class for the same money I paid for second - this is clever thinking and makes me feel valued. Recommend highly.

    My review of Tools and Leisure - As a silver surfer I must admit I am a little concerned about buying things on line. There was something on this site, masking tape, that I desperately needed as I had to do a few decorating jobs. The whole process was painless, the website, even for me, was easy to use and to order my products.     Ordered some reflectors, both stick on and screw on. Not only were they the cheapest I could find by looking through google it was a fast service. The reflectors are really good - have used them to aid me park the car on the driveway. Had been quoted silly money from another company so I thought I would just try toolsandleisure - really glad I did. Excellent. Would recommend.

    I purchased a pair of moccasin slippers from the Tools and Leisure website, size 5. I take a 5 but thought they would be ok. They were a little tight so I contacted this site, placed another order for a size 6. They were very helpful with regards to returning the first pair. The new pair of size 6 slippers are well made and fit perfectly, they are so comfy. I sent my other pair back to the company and within a couple of days had received a full refund.
