Bitter cold around where I live and I believe that toolsandleisure are based in Kent (hard hit), yet when I placed my order I received an email to explain that the order was processed and dispatched but they apologised on behalf of Royal Mail for any delay. I thought that this was nice considering that they as a business had dispatched the goods. I got my order within 4 days, said 3-5 on site so I was pretty pleased to be honest. Brilliant service from Tools and Leisure - Ordered a load of reflectors for the front of our hotel to assist customers with their parking. As I wanted a lot I thought I would chance my arm at getting a discount, although the prices were the best I could find, nothing ventured nothing gained. The reflectors are really good - have used them to aid me park the car on the driveway. I purchased a pair of moccasin slippers from the Tools and Leisure website, size 5. I take a 5 but thought they would be ok. They were a little tight so I contacted this site, placed another order for a size 6. They were very helpful with regards to returning the first pair. The new pair of size 6 slippers are well made and fit perfectly, they are so comfy. I sent my other pair back to the company and within a couple of days had received a full refund.
