    Good Points: Easy site to navigate


    Bad Points: No visable post charges.


    General comments: Trying to price some items but nothing to tell me what the post costs are without signing up for an account and going to the checkout.

    Hastings Crystal, www.hastings-crystal.co.uk is extremely easy to get around with a huge range of gifts to choose from. When I phoned them asking for express delivery, the person that I spoke to was helpful and friendly and charged me no extra despite sending my items by recorded delivery to make sure that I got them on time, they really put themselves out to help. I have already recommended this site to friends.
