    Brought this Beko WM5140 machine on Sunday, tried the first test wash on it and the power went off half way through cycle, the water would not drain from the machine and we were unable to cancel the cycle. Spoke to Beko but they couldnt send an engineer out for several days as were too busy (surprise!), decided to take our machine back to store and exchange it. We got another machine and it does exactely the same thing! Starts a cycle, fills with water then switches itself off and wont drain or ...

    First 2 washes on this Beko WM5140 done OK, on third wash strange burning smell, engineer came out and found all cables to motor completely burnt out. I would avoid this machine at all costs! Beko aftersales I found were rude at times and I did not even get an apology, just an offer of exchange, as if I'd want another!
