I bought a Beko fridge/freezer it only worked for two yeaars very disappoionted as the main part a compressor had failed. Beko customer services were not interested,so I do not recommend this company. (read more)

Wish I could do no stars!!!!! Very similar to previous reviewer. Had the machine delivered and installed and it went part through wash cycle and then turned off. After various combinations of rinse cycle/drain cycle/spin cycle managed to get washing out of machine. Tried different program this time it seemed to go all the way to the end of the program but alas it was just fooling me! Not once did it take the fabric conditioner. Called Comet who could get an engineer out to me in 11 days time... (read more)

“Brought this Beko WM5140 machine on Sunday, tried the...”

Brought this Beko WM5140 machine on Sunday, tried the first test wash on it and the power went off half way through cycle, the water would not drain from the machine and we were unable to cancel the cycle. Spoke to Beko but they couldnt send an engineer out for several days as were too busy (surprise!), decided to take our machine back to store and exchange it. We got another machine and it does exactely the same thing! Starts a cycle, fills with water then switches itself off and wont drain... (read more)

First 2 washes on this Beko WM5140 done OK, on third wash strange burning smell, engineer came out and found all cables to motor completely burnt out. I would avoid this machine at all costs! Beko aftersales I found were rude at times and I did not even get an apology, just an offer of exchange, as if I'd want another! (read more)
