    terrible estate agents.took my deposit,staffs are terrible,will not repair ask me to repair and said its all my fault

    I am reluctant to even give castle estates one star. They are absolutely appauling! The staff are incredibly rude, and do not seem to understand the concept of customer service. They give your keys to workmen to access your property without your knowledge or consent! It is also incredibly hard to get your full deposit back as they will find any reason to make a deduction. As a result, they have made moving house much more stressful and far more difficult than it ever needed to be! All in all I w ...

    I used Castle Estates Sheffield recently and was extremely satisfied with the service.
    All the staff was helpful and polite through all the steps of moving into my house and made the move stress free.
    I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to everyone!
