When it works it is a great product but when it starts leaking or losing pressure (especially in the middle of a job) you start hating yourself for not going for the more expensive Karcher.
I had it for around 4 years and i am not a big user as well. The product was purchased from B&Q on a bargain.
The failures I have always had with the product were always O rings. The first time it failed I found that a pack of O rings from Homebase did the job. I did not have to purchase expensive... (read more)
