Staff on phone were easy to talk to, ordering and communications by email were faultless, and delivery happened when it was supposed to as per text from the carrier (liked that). I just took delivery of a GIANT Rapid 3 2012 that I bought on-line from Ash Cycles They describe the bikes as being FULLY ASSEMBLED. However don’t be surprised when the courier delivers what looks like an unassembled bike. They have assembled the bike in the shop added some handy stickers to the front wheel and peddles (so you know which way round to fit them) and then taken the peddles and front wheel of again and re-packed the bike in its original box. I've just bought a Giant Rapid One, mudguards and luggage rack from Ash Cycles using the Cycle To Work Scheme (CTWS). I have to say their service was first class ! They always kept me in the loop by email and phone regarding what was going on, contacting me to offer advice on the correct size for my bike and clarifying when I misunderstood the CTWS process initially. I am new to cycling but I was able to visit the shop to discuss what I needed. I was advised to buy a Giant Avail, and the bike was made up and fitted to me in the shop. However many times I had to go in for adjustments I was made to feel welcome. When my bike was stolen this year I had no hesitation in going straight back to Ash for a replacement. Delivery was quick and I was given regular updates. They also called to check as I had ordered wrong mudguards rather than just send out the wrong item. Very happy and very impressed.
