Product is lovely and of high quality. Pity the service at Els Design and attitude is so appalling. It is a real shame that customers are spoken to with such a lack of respect and that they are incapable of getting the order right despite frequent reassurances. Could be a great company if they cared a bit more about the client.

I disagree with this review because...My friend and i both used els and never had a problem, they were exceptionally helpful especially with me who is quite demanding!

I'd agree whole heatedly with this review. Given that wedding invitations are the first impression you leave on your guests, you expect your invitation supplier to show attention to detail in spelling things correctly and ensuring that the invitations supplied matched the proofs approved.

Mistakes were dealt with professionally but what really annoyed us off about ELS was the "fines" that we're threatened if you couldn't get back to her with final approval of proofs within her timescale. Sometimes, as little as 12 hours were given if you were to avoid being penalised. Pretty annoying , particularly when my husband and I work exceptionally long hours and aren't always at our desks to see an email come in.

Customer is key. ELS forgot this with us.
