There has been much success with overseas buyers showing interest to the exhibitions --but more to say about the agents that do hard sell tactics to visitors and that makes buying a property abroad difficult. (read more)

Went to "A Place in the Sun Live" once and it was interesting but the offerings seemed a bit standardised. Most companies offering off-plan international property with a 'free inspection trip' sales pitch.
Not a bad day out for the wealthy seeking a luxury holiday home. (read more)
