I travelled to egypt in 2007. First about a week of traveling down to the Nile and back again, and then a few days in Dahab.

We had a different guide for the two parts of the holiday.

I would highly recommend OntheGo, and will soon be booking a trip to Turkey with them. I had a really good time and the holiday went smoothly and was a lot cheaper than similar ones with other companies.

I travelled alone, and there are no single supplements because they pair you up with someone. I ended up not hacing to share with anyone for the entire trip which was good. But one three other travellers were forced to share a room through the use of the spare bed in the rooms. One of those people booked their holiday the day before departure which could have had something to do with it.

My boyfriend and I just completed a tour through Egypt and Jordan with "On the Go" (based in London, England). We had an amazing time, but I wanted to warn other travellers about On the Go's business model. We had a 17-day tour with four different guides (one for the "monuments" sector in Cairo, Aswan and Luxor; one for Sinai; one for a side-trip in Sinai; one in Jordan).
