Roomsnet is forwarding its customer support phonelines to our company. We have been trying to get hold of someone at Roomsnet, but they do not respond to emails and no company is to be found at the address they are supposed to be registered. In the meantime, we get at least 20 phonecalls per day of people that paid and did not get their promised room. It's annoying. If anyone from Roomsnet reads this, please contact us (at your own phone number) in order to solve this asap. (read more)

DEAR FELLOW TRAVELLERS, BE AWARE OF THIS AGENCY. My name is Mladen Boukliev. My wife and I booked a hotel room for Easter (3 nights) in Munich 30.03-02.04.2013. We have been customers of this agency for the last 4 years. We arrived at our hotel in Nerja Spain on 24th Dec 2012 to be told that our room had been cancelled due to non payment by roomsnet! We had paid tham in full on Nove 4th!!! never had a problem, allways very efficient, found roomsnet to be excellant pricewise,very easy to book. we once had to change our hotel and destination, i rang them and explained and was told just re-book new hotel and we will cancel the original and credit your visa , i re-booked and paid, my previous visa payment was credited within 24 hrs, no problems whatsoever.roomsnet are allways my 1st choice when looking for holidays and short breaks. May I ask you in this case which telephone number you rung because it seems that you manage to do the miracle - you got in touch with roomsnet.com. Because absolutely nobody else can . May i ask which telephone number you used because we called both numbers that they give on their website and both numbers are not working. After I called 4 times on the first one - there was an answer from a company based in Nederland and they told me that they are totally different company and they confirmed that thay have exactly the same number which was shown on the roomsnet.com for Contact Us. That company also explained to me that they are quite embarrassed already because a lot of people keep calling them and keep asking them about Roomsnet.com. They apologised that they cam,t help any further.
the second number i got for Roomsnet.com Contact Us was USA number. I made international calls couple of times which is not cheap for me at all as i,m based in UK. the answer was from USA but from totally different company who stated that they have never heard about Hotelsbed Ltd. or Roomsnet.com. they said that they are dealing with photo-technique or scanning technique.
The next tel. number is with international code shown (i found out that it is for Shri Lanka but i didn,t take the risk to waste further enormous amount of money and to make such far-distance call as it will cost me a fortune. My wife went personally to their office address in London on Oxford street and there is nobody ever. It was in the beginning of March 2013. Traveld to costa durada in june 2012.staying in california gardens hotel. when we arrived we were told booking had been cancelled ,due to non payment by rooms net.com. rang rooms net about 10 times no answer. sent about 6 or 7 e mails,eventualy got reply about 7 hours later. had to pay for room again on credit card , only two rooms left . never had so much stress on a holiday. rooms net refunde monies back to our card. but never replied back to anymore of my mails. terrible service never... I recently booked a night at the Los Dalamatas Hotel through 'roomsnet.com'. The hotel was positioned as a four star hotel and the cost was €171.36 for the one night stay. I have always had a good experience using Roomsnet. The Port Mahon hotel was very good with excellent service (especially the maid service)and the hotel and grounds were spotless. The hotel is perfectly situated for the main town and the harbour area. My only criticism is that we requested rooms with sea view and balcony. Hotel centrally located, all staff were very professional and were always very polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day except for Wednesday and Sunday.The pool area also spacious and had plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Only stopped self-catering but the food and drinks in the hotel seemed reasonably priced and quite good. Many people at the hotel were either AI or half board which would be ideal if you have children. Could honestly find nothing to fault. (read more)

Have used them twice. Prices can be good on some properties, that's the only good thing you can say about them. If nothing goes wrong and you don't need any contact, you can get a good deal. That was my experience first booking. Second time, hotel had no record of my reservation. I contacted Roomsnet several times before I even arrived and they kept saying it was 100% confirmed. I have recently booked a London hotel through Roomsnet and made a huge saving. Having used this site before (finding best available prices), I never make a booking without checking it out. I saved over £100 on a fourstar bed and breakfast for one night, this was after using every comparable site I know. What a great deal. I have used Roomsnet before and agree that they offer good value for money. This time however I incorrectly made a booking for 2 people instead of 3. I immediately contacted them but they said I would have to cancel that booking and make another which I did straight away. They confirmed I would receive a full refund to my card (even though they first asked would I like it as a credit on my account). WE BOOKED VIA ROOMSNET AND MADE THREE REQUEST REGARDING OUR REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROOM AT THE HOTEL.
THE HOTEL GOT ALL THESE REQUIREMENTS WRONG.

I am very NEGATIVE about Roomsnet; because they CHEATED me!
I booked 2 rooms in a 4 star Hotel in Barcelone, I cancelled 1 room,(in time), got the answer that it was allright.
Roomsnet took the money for 2 rooms and AFTER 1 MONTH, 4 PHONECALLS, 3 e-mails, I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED!!! Although they said I am on the PRIORY list!

I have used Roomsnet before and the one time that I had a problem paying with debit card they refunded my money and gave me a loyalty discount voucher for some mistake that had been made , you can communicate with a real person at Roomsnet , unlike other travel sites. Hilary was very helpful and even called me on the telephone at home .

Although we used Roomsnet several times and had a good service.. the last time we used them we noticed several bad reviews which left us in doubt,but when we went on holiday and got to Florida we found the hotel had been canceled which then ruined our holiday. We had to re-book another hotel at three times the cost.... So i can say with ease i would not use them again or would i recommend them to anyone... then about 3 months later we got a full refund.... The site is relatively easy to navigate although I would like to click on a page number rather than just next or previous when searching for hotels. Roomsnet are a great support and have helped in providing information for previous bookings which I have made in Fuerteventura, Spain and Ireland. Roomsnet.com gave s very clean tidy and well located hotel in Quarteira. It was ideal for exploring West along the rockier coast of the Algarve as well as revisit the Eastern beach lined coast toward Monte Gordo where I had stayed a year ago. Each time that i have used the site, it has been informative and easy to navigate.
I have always been pleased with the final result by way of my accomodation.
The only negative was on a recent booking for a trip to Portugal, i had a great problem trying to pay with a Debit card and consequently had to use a Credit card.

The Swallow Hilltop Hotel was ideally situated, the food was good. Unfortunately, the hotel was in receivership and very shabby decor, it's saving grace was the staff who were very pleasant and worked hard to ensure that guests were happy. I was very happy with Roomsnet.com as the site provided exact details of our accommodation which we had booked in July. The fact that you can gain loyality points was a bonus and although on this occasion we had booked an inexpensive overnight stay in a hostel, the loyality points awarded give us a discount of 10 euros which made it even more of a bargain. Swift confirmation of booking together with attentive service will make me use roomsnet for all future bookings. We saved a great deal on the price we recieved by phoning the hotel itself and although it was a few quid more than one of its competitors, I was re-assured by the many positive reviews and it was well worth the tiny amount extra. Just spent weekend in London and booked the hotel through roomsnet, they provided a very profesional service and it was so easy on the web site browsing through all the choices. Had a great time and the hotel they recomended was first class. Will definately use them again and would not hesitate to recomend them to my family and friends. We have just returned from an excellent week at the Hotel Best Indalo in
Mojacar, Almeria and the booking we had made with roomsnet.com was simple
well priced and we had NO problems whatsoever during the whole experience.
We would recommend their accuracy and professionalism and will use them again for other Europian Hotels

Had a great experience wwth RoomsNet.As we were travelling during the volcanic ash period we were worried about the booking and emailed rooms net.Immediately we got a very reassuring reply and had no problems. You are absolutely right, dear. My name is Mladen Boukliev. My wife and I booked a hotel room for Easter (3 nights) in Munich 30.03-02.04.2013. Nobody answered the phone calls given for their Customers Service...We received a lot later an E-mail with the invoice on it how much we have been charged already. We wrote them at least 4 E-mails that we don,t agree to be charged that higher price but they didn,t answer anymore. It seems that they are very dodgy company. I think they are phantom company behind that website is a company called HOTELBEDS. Just don,t give them any money, be aware. My wife went to their address that they give for a contact in London UK. She went to that address pesonaly twice and the receptionist in that building confirmed that nobody ever comes to that office and that nobody has ever seen these people who supposed to work in that office. So, my wife came back home even more angry, with empty hands and actually with -12 British pounds extra expence for the travel in the Undergound. We are now trying for the last 2 and hald months already to have a Dispute with the bank and asking they to give us back that overcharged amount but the bank is trying to play clever and keep saying that we don,t have any prove how much we had to be charged on the first place. No matter that we sent them already a copy of that website page (we copied it at the day of the booking) and on that page it was showed clearly that the price for single night per room Double Standard Room incl. could buffet brakefast is 53 GBP.
Please, tell everybody else that this company is behaving incorrectly and that they are just keep ripping off the customers and there is no way anybody to get in touch with them in case of emergency or in case you need to claim some money back...
