Like a lot of other people I booked our holidays with roomsnet.com.Upon arrival at our hotel in Benidorm on the 13th August 2009,we were told our booking had been cancelled which resulted in me having to pay again for our holiday.After umpteen E mails and phone calls to roomsnet unanswers,I contacted Trading standards and with their help I recieved a refund today for the full ammount of the monies paid.

Don't ever use Roomsnet.com. I have twice turned up at hotels to be told the rooms had been cancelled at the last minute. The first time I thought it was just bad luck and they did reimburse me £432 for two rooms at the Hilton although I had an hour of panic with no room in central London. I had used the company before and had no trouble so gave them a second chance. Two days before arriving I telephoned the hotel to check my reservation and was told all in order. I booked (and paid!) with roomsnet on 2nd May for a one-night stay at a hotel in Ibiza on 11th September. On arrival at the hotel I was told that the booking had been cancelled by the Spanish agent in August, due to non-payment by roomsnet. Calls to the emergency 24/7 number in the UK produced no response, either on the night or subsequently. We had to pay the hotel the posted rate (128 euros) for our night's stay. roomsnet do not desreve any stars After reading on tripadvisor about the problems people are having with roomsnet.com i decided to check that my hotel booking was ok, having used them many times in the past thought all should be fine. do not book with rooms.net!.... they will take your money but you will have no accommodation upon arrival.i am still trying to get my monies refunded 3 weeks later.

Just back from a short break in puerto banus spain, booked hotel through roomsnet.com, on arrival only to be told they hadnt paid the money to the hotel and our room had been canceled. we spent 2 hours ringing the 24 hour helpline number but no answer(is there anyone there at all) we had to fork out a further 850.00 euros to re book the hotel. In my opinion this company is a complete con and I would suggest u stay clear. I will probably never get my money back as they never answer calls or email ...

Used roomsnet.com two times, but this time I was disapointed. Booked apartment in Lanzarote, when arived discovered that roomsnet.com hadn't paid any money to apartments provider. Tryed to call - no one answering.

i recently booked a hotel in amsterdam whith roomsnet.com when i arrived at the hotel it was a dive a complete hovel upon check in my party and myself were told that the room was not paid for so i rang the emergency number on my information sheet 5 times befor the answered i was told by a member of there team that there was NOTHING that they could do accept give me a refund for the rooms i had to pull the money out of my own pocket to stay or be stuck in the middle of amsterdam with know were to ...

They have large no of hotels available in Spain, I think They cover other coutries too. but I booked spain hotels through them
Their Membership program also excellent service. This is no of my favourite web site to book my hotels. Their rates and the membership program is good. Well recommend Rooms Net.com
