I await a reply email, call from my two emails and phone call. I purchased a hozelock irrigation system that arrived damaged and had parts missing. You have over £90 of my money and seem reluctant to return my messages or resolve the issue.

STAY AWAY FROM GARDENS 4 LESS. They are a unlawful. I had a chat regarding a Life corner sofa set that I wanted and had been keeping an eye on. I could see there was more than 10 in stock. Suddenly the set was out of stock so I decided to have a chat session online and was told, Gardens 4 Less still had the corner sofa in stock however had sold out of the coffee table but instead would add in a foot stool for the same price. I explained to the chat sales person I had no need for the foot stool but would like to purchase the corner sofa on its own, which he stated he would send me an email quote. I didn’t receive any email from sales person so decided the next day to go on the chat service again and have a look at the product again. I was sick to my stomach when I saw the price for the same set double!!! Why was this? I felt hard done by as it made me feel I wished I’d not enquired about it. The price for the set doubled the next day I had the chat. I still continued to have a chat now with a representative who had told me I could have the corner sofa set without the coffee table but for the new increased price which was now double, what a cheek!!! Stay away from Gardens 4 Less and if you do decided to buy anything buy it online with no chat or support from the Gardens 4 Less team otherwise they will double the price of the product online. Appalling!!!

Terrible service and product from Gardens4Less. I purchased 22inch cobra lawnmower that broke on the second use. It vibrated heavily, the blade came off and would no longer start. I was advised to contact a local dealer. It took over 3 weeks to arrange a pick-up of the machine and now they are falsely claiming that I didn’t oil the mower up, which I did, I believe to avoid having to refund me. I’ve been without a mower for 5 weeks now and I’m absolutely flabbergasted at level of poor service.

Warning! Do not order with this company. I booked an item in named day delivery, but it never arrived. Ordered 2 weeks in advance and was told when I complained that named day delivery is never guaranteed? Delivery was outsourced to a courier and they took no responsibility. I booked a day off work for nothing, then had to take another half day for it to be delivered loosing 1.5 days salary. Compensation offer? The pitiful £5 extra delivery fee, the guy I spoke to seriously could not have cared very less and became aggressive on the phone. Avoid at all costs!!!

We bought LG Monaco Oak Compact Dining Modular Corner Table Sofa with Adjustable Table. Was emailed to be informed the product will be delivered end of April, but it was actually delivered end of May and we were left chasing the delivery. The product arrived, the furniture is good quality but the glass was badly scratched and not the quality we expected. We have tried for months to get a replacement glass but now customer service do not respond to our queries. The low rating is due to this.

After 4 days waiting for furniture delivery we are still waiting..we have been told by the staff it is a courier problem. The staff do not know the courier which we find odd..we have some names of the staff who have responded and will be forwarding to the company management. We will recommend Garden4Less be avoided..highly unreliable service.

Would give this company no stars if I could. Absolutely dreadful customer service and this was before lockdown!! My parents, who are in their 80's, ordered garden furniture online, which, when it was delivered was not suitable. Gardens4less refused point blank to give them a refund, unless they returned the package themselves, wrapped and loaded onto a pallett, or we drove 5 hour round trip to return in person! I explained that my Dad is 85 years old, and was told that that made no difference and that they would not help with the return. I have never ever heard of such a dreadful service from an online company. I would never use this company again and would not recommend, unless you absolutely know for sure that you will not want to return the item for any reason.

I used garden4less as they were the cheapest I could find while looking for a chiminea, I found one and bought it along with a cover. The chiminea arrived within a 5 days but didn't want to put it outside till the cover came.............. 2 months later and numerous emails, still haven't received it!!! Had to email to cancel the order, I guess it boils down to what you pay for, cheap products poor service. To add to insult when I did receive an email confirming they would refund me not once did they apologise for letting a customer wait 2 months for a product,just a snotty email stating a refund would be given. Be warned.

I A ORDERED A SMALL CHIMENEA FOR HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY. IT ARRIVED ON THE DAY AS PROMISED, SMASHED. SENT ANOTHER, DIDN'T PASS ON THE INSTRUCTIONS I GAVE, SO I MISSED IT! REDELIVERED AGAIN, IT ARRIVED 3 DAYS LATER THAT ONE WAS ALSO SMASHED I GIVE UP!

I ordered 2 pairs of kids Hunter wellies on the 7th November thinking i would be well in time for christmas. When it got to the 1st December i emailed asking where they were to which i recieved this reply"
The Hunter Kids boots in navy, size 1 are allocated to you and ready for despatch.
The Hunter Kids boots in black, size 5, are due to be delivered into our warehouse tomorrow. However due to the adverse weather conditions we cannot guarantee any delivery dates at present.

But thats not true at all as it is now 13th December. i have just called them asking where they are and they have none in stock and cannot deliver in time for christmas! I am outraged!! I highly recomend you do not use this tin pot company!

When item had not arrived in time advertised on my receipt, I telephoned the company. The man on the phone argued with me about how many days delivery was advertised as; had no real information about the third party who was despatching the item and did not know who the carrier would be. He was arrogant, insolent and showed total disregard of the customer.

I purchased a garden shredder it failed the first time I used it Garden4less would not arrange to have it returned saying I had disposed of packaging. They insisted it went to the authorised repairer even though it was brand new. Now in legal battle for a refund as they insist I have to accept a replacement from the manufacturer even though this does not comply with the Sale Of Goods Act as my contract is with them not the manufacturer. My credit card company are now dealing with it as I purchased by credit card.

Bought outdoor thermometer which proved to be faulty. G4L agreed to replace, but couldn't find suitable item so ordered a Spear & Jackson Edging Knife instead.
On arrival, it was apparent that the knife had been damaged before it had been packed & posted, so retuned it in disgust.
Hadn't kept postage receipt for the first item, so now out of pocket,no goods + cost of phone calls & trips to PO for nothing.
Asked for manager (Rob Osbourne) to phone me back but he didn't bother.
My advice? Don't bother with them either!

Greenhouse heater arrived damaged.After numerous phone calls and numerous promises to be collected nothing.Which leaves me no alternative but to contact my lawyer.Customer service is nill.

My first order was great, on time, well packaged, great but sadly the wellies were the wrong size so I contacted them returned the boots and areed a smaller size was to be sent asap.That was nearly a month ago and I am still waiting for the new wellies.
Yes when you ring they answer very quickly and you speak to a human but so far the people have have spoken to have not been too helpful, they have/had no confidence in what they were saying and have now lost my goods. They seem very disorganised and were relying on me the customer to know who I spoke to and what was agreed. Total lock of communication both internally and to me the customer. Will not be using them again unless this gets resolved quickly.

This is a poor quality product made from perished rough unfinished knotty wood that is untreated and unlikely to have any durability.There is no felt to the roof. Being of such light construction with no flooring, it is unlikely to provide a safe haven against predators such as foxes that could easily push it over. We considered ours to be damaged but that is when their customer interests wains. They do not get back to you and you will have to return damaged goods at your cost. Better products are available cheaper elsewhere with better customer service I am sure.

Garden4Less say delivered within 4 days ha joke 14 days and still waiting ,ofcourse blame it on postal service . i've ordered loads of stuff of the web never had to wait more than 3 days would never use this site again VERY ANGRY

Garden4Less delivered an item that was damaged. Phoned them several times, along with emails. Say they are waiting to see what their supplier wants to do, although I bought it from them not their supplier. Have never returned any of my calls, leaving me to contact them every day. Stuck with an item which never worked. Worst online retailer Ive ever dealt with. Avoid.
