Handles are made of a very cheap and soft metal and the screws stripped the threads on both handles in a very short time. You can re-tap the handles but you will only be able to do it once so make a good job of it and add some loctite to the nuts. Alternatively don't buy this oven as it's not worth anything over £250 (read more)

Great cooker, very energy efficient and easily cleaned. Grill is a bit different, 1 heat setting and move the food closer or further away to control the heat. With a conventional grill i always use the highest heat setting anyway so no problems for me. Ceramic hob is easily cleaned with cream cleaner. Some brilliant deals on these second hand, wouldn't buy a new one tho at the price they're after. (read more)

I researched before buying this New World E60D and am disappointed. If I could have returned it I would. Grill is the main thing for me - you have to lift the pan up and down which is a nuisance and not effective. No light in oven. Ceramic top scratched easily. Expensive too. (read more)

I found this review helpful because it mirrors my experience completely. Just wish reviews had been available when I bought it. It was expensive and not worth the money.
