“Best cleaner.”

★★★★★

Quick and easy to use, virtually instant results. Have been using an alternative cleaner for years but the smell lingers for days making me feel sick. Patio not magic has no smell excellent product. Have recommended to family and friends.

“Works every time”

I first used Patio Magic when parts of my tarmac drive and path looked as if they were covered in bright green carpet, it was of course thick moss. One application cleared it completely but you have to leave it to work. The moss starts to go brown very quickly, dries out and then disappears completely. I've used it every year since to clean my drive , patio , garage walls and retaining wall of green algae and moss. Excellent product, easy to use with a low pressure garden sprayer. Always read the instructions and don't let pets walk on it whilst wet.

“Brillant Product, it works!”

★★★★★

I was not sure if this product would work, but does what is says, and so easy to apply. My patio was very green even though we power hose once a year, green gone now. We are pensioners with bad backs, so easy, and it works! No negatives

“It is magic”

Our patio slabs turn green over the autumn and winter and up to now the only way to clean them is with a high pressure washer which doesn't do the grout much good at all. Applied this in the 4:1 ratio on Easter Friday using a large watering can, it just about got the 6 hours that the instructions ask for before the rain came but despite that, by Saturday afternoon the colours had began to reappear and whilst they still need a brush to get rid of the grime they look a hundred times better.

I used to be very cynical about Patio Magic and the claims made about its capability. However, this spring I applied it (in a slightly more concentrated form that the 1:4 recommended - essentially making it an MMC-Pro - also made by Brintons for professionals) and after a few weeks my pation was like new - and it's located under trees. I have since used it for the removal of the green algae on garden furniture, garden shed, fences etc. and it does an excellent job. Patience is required as it does not work overnight and it's a good idea to wash down the treated surfaces with a garden hose (if the water authorities will allow you!!!!!!) after a couple of weeks.
I'm a convert

I'd bought a similar product before (1 litre spray, ready to use), but wasn't that impressed. Sure it was more expensive than Patio Magic 5ltr as well (Patio Magic - £7.99 in Poundstrechers, 3-for-2 at £9.99 in Tesco) and it was hardly enough to cover my small patio. This time I got myself one of those pump-up pressure spay canisters as well, mixed 1:4, sprayed it on, and two days after the result was excellent! Got plenty left for another couple of times. Would have liked to know that it's suitable for decking too before buying though (their web site confirms this), then I would have got the 3-4-2 offer in Tesco.

★★★★★

written by geoff powell on 25/08/2008

Bought Patio Magic! MMC Concentrate some time ago and finally got round to doing the job yesterday.

Followed the instructions on the container and treated the area of paving about 3.00pm. Had to keep the dog locked in while it dried, not too long as it was still warm.

By the following morning all but the very bad areas were now algea free, and back to there original colour. By tea time the whole area was algea free, and any moss between the slabs was turning yellow.

Would I use this product again? No question, it was so easy to use and the results outstanding.
