“Not the best spiritual magazine (Soul & Spirit)”

Having read several different Mind, Body, Spirit magazines over the years, we found this (Soul and Spirit) the most disappointing. It feels very superficial, much like any other woman's magazine, but with a vague spiritual slant, like they've just jumped on the bandwagon. Most of the articles are superficial, it's full of too many frivolous quizzes rather than thought-provoking items.
