Good Points: The food is good, better than the average Italian restaurant.
General comments: I went to Ciao Roma for my birthday; there were 21 of us. The food was fine, better than your average Italian, but the service was the worst I have ever experienced.
When the bill came, it was for nearly £1000. When we looked at it more closely, they had charged us for 25 starters and 43 main courses, even though there were only 21 of us. We pointed it out to them and they said they could not sort it out, just told us the bill was right and we'd have to pay it.
Of course, there was no way we were paying for food for twice as many people as had eaten, so after trying to get them to sort it out for nearly an hour, we gave them £600 and left. I tried to sort it out with them for several weeks afterwards, but they were not cooperative. I'd never go back.
