    Good Points: realistic diamond alternative
    nice workmanship on the settings
    beautifully packaged
    great customer service
    eco friendly and conflict free


    Bad Points: no retail store to see the product live
    larger selection of products


    General comments: I ordered my engagement ring from Sitaragem and I was pleasantly surprised at how much it really does look like a diamond, the setting quality, and overall presentation. This company really did a great job at helping me find the ring that suited my smaller fingers and giving me true value for my money. I am so glad that I did not buy the $1500 diamond ring from my local jeweler. I would of been a bit embarassed cause the diamond was so small and the setting so plain. My entire experience was positive and i love my ring!

    I was very impressed with the quality of the Sitaragem ring I received. The shipping was very fast, and the customer service was the best I've dealt with. Once arrived, the ring was everything they claimed. I actually thought it was 100x more beautiful in person. very nicely made. quality product. I recommend it everyone.

    The product is a great idea, especially with the increase pricing of diamonds. It is 14k solid gold, so will not tarnish or wear out like other 'silver' versions out there. Great Buy! Would recommend this site.

    The customer service was Amazing. Being new to the online shopping experience, they helped me every step of the way with my order. The quality of their Sitaragem was really nice. I took it to my jewellery and he was impressed. The workmanship on the gold was superb
    Overall, for the money, you are getting a solid product that really does satisfy all the claims that they made. Would recommend it to all.
