Good Points: Customer satisfaction depnds on customer service...so I would have to say NONE!!!

Bad Points: Extremely bad customer service...someone called brenda!! Supposedly...she calls herself the manager!!

General comments: Please do not buy from this shop!! Customer service - - Extremely rude and arrogant. I ordered a Dell Laptop charger. I found other cheap places to buy but decided to go with parts4nd because they had mentioned that their product was new. In about 4 months time, product stopped working. Was not able to return for replacement since was out of country. They have a 6 months replacement policy. They have no record of me calling before the 6 months period. I was half a month late and when called customer service (again), the representative - Brenda, was extremely rude. She shouldn't be allowed to answer phones if they want to improve their business. I have emailed them far a replacement, still no reply!

I have finally got my D/Port. I ordered it from parts4nb this time. I got genuine new d/port for $120 (plus shipping). I've got no idea why the reseller sells parts cheaper than the manufacturer does, but it was definitely a good deal for me. (It was $80 cheaper)There is not much to say about this merchant yet. They have nice and easy to use website. My order was processed in about an hour and was delivered in 4 days.Thanks, guys.
