    Bad Points: Debited payment but I never received any products.
    Have not received a reply to my complaints or enquiries yet.
    Have not apologised for their appalling conduct.


    General comments: I ordered 20 packets of Marlboro lights from Discount Cigarette Store, was invoiced for them and paid immediately. The only way they allowed me to pay was by directly transferring the money to their bank account so I received no receipt. They said that the cigarettes were normally received by customers within 10 days, even though they claimed to send them by Royal Mail which is normally much quicker than this. The cigarettes were relatively expensive for discounted imported items but this reassured me that they were likely to be more reliable. I received nothing within a week, sent them an email to get an update but received no reply. Since this time I have really struggled to get any response from them. They have only been able to say that the post can take up to 30 days. In my experience, post in England never takes this long, especially when you have paid an exorbitant amount of money for secure postage.
