    Good Points: Map your intended/completed route to see distance; elevation; calories burned etc. Ability to adjust parameters.


    Bad Points: Site frustratingly slow to update. Waiting 5+ minutes for the map to update; then scroll the map and wait 5+ minutes more.


    General comments: The concept of Walk Jog Run is brilliant - you can either see how far your run/walk was or how long your intended run/walk will be. The only problem I've found is that the site is so slow to update - I could probably walk the route with a pedometer and still have a result quicker than the site.

    Useful tool for planning a run and giving you some kind of indication before you head out. Its also useful for checking the length of an exising run that you are familliar with.
    Generally good, I use it frequently, try to be careful not to rely on it too much.
