    Good Points: None.
    Quality of sound not bad when works.


    Bad Points: Service was often not available to me.
    So far no response from Customer service either on phone or Email.


    General comments: The VONICS VOIP service is very poor. Most of the time, this service didn't work. There was I felt a lack of customer service. When service was not available I could not contact any one via email or web-site or telephone. I have been their customer for last 14 months. Every single month, service was unavailable at least 3 times. Sometimes for few hours sometimes for entire week. With multiple requests to cancel the service, they have yet to respond to my requests.
