have used C&C for years but it's not what it was. Had few issues but when I have I've got no where with them A cutterpillar crop the steel cutting edge had a nick in it so wouldn't cut straight I asked for a replacement but then the money I'd paid went back into my box. Cut n boss terrible even with some simple dies told to email them eventually got a reply saying sorry uve emailed America??? All too late. Was interested in the WRMC mold press but having researched it it has terrible reviews....strange how it has NO reviews on C&C. They rave about so many products yet there is a BIG lack of reviews how odd if the products are so good. SO many of the products they sell are actually directly connected to them as a company fed up of all the frilly floral dies etc costing over £100 a time and ones you cant even make to sell. They go on about the awards theyve won? I've never even heard of the magazine or whatever they are awarded by? much prefer Hochanda who really support the smaller family companies and have a much more varied selection of products and whose customer service is top notch!

Got tracking from Hermes parcel at my local depot. For next 7 days tracking kept saying delivery delayed 24 hours. I got in touch with customer services who kept telling me it'll be delivered tomorrow and wasn't. Contacted Hermes myself, they said the same thing. Complained again to customer services who said "we have requested Hermes return your parcel to us, and when we receive it we will start processing your refund". Hold on a minute, if Hermes can return my parcel to you then why can't they deliver it to me? The fact is it's probably lost somewhere at the depot. I will give them another five days and then escalate my complaint. If they never receive the parcel from Hermes does that mean I'll never receive my refund? Disgusting. I'm so annoyed I won't be renewing my C and C membership and won't be buying anything else from them either. Pity cause I've spent hundreds of pounds with them over the years, but never dealt with such unhelpful customer services!

Having read many of the reviews I feel I'll try and give an honest, if somewhat cynical review. Firstly delivery - in all honesty, I've not had any problems with delivery so I'm not able to criticise this aspect. Hermes are quite good in my area and it depends a lot on your courier. Quality and value of goods - the items I have ordered have been ok and as advertised but you have to be careful, checking other sources for prices first. The price of postage is a bit of a joke. If you check other sources, many offering free postage, you can get some items at a better bargain elsewhere. Sometimes they offer free postage- wow - what an honour! Presenters and selling - this is my main gripe! However, as a marketing and selling channel it is to be expected! Talk about the gift of the gab, well, most of them have it and some more than others! They constantly pressure the customer with clever psychology... selling out soon, not on sale again so get a few while available, use flexipay and you only pay X amount today! (Yes, but you still have to find the balance later!) And so on. Sadly, many people fall for this, being naive - think! They are a shopping channel and are not out to do you any favours! Treating the presenters as celebrities-saying 'you are wonderful, 'You are a star!'....Oh give over! Finally, let's give a home made card to a very LUCKY viewer ... you've made my day! Hmmmm...no thanks, seeing as I make my own and make them better! Think....do you really want it, do you really need and more importantly, can you afford it!!

I have had a Todo for just over 12 months now out of warranty, now it will not switch on to Hot Foil. I have been backwards and forwards by email to Customer Service without any success. I emailed Ideal World and eventually C&C answered only to tell me that they do not repair these machines. It is a £300. machine and they are saying it cannot be repaired what I load of nonsense. I am still awaiting some outcome from this. I have threaten them with Trading Standards.

I have had a lot of trouble with Create and Craft in the last few months. My latest order which is supposed to be dispatched in 3-5 days still hasn't been. Two of my previous orders have taken a month each to resolve. It seems that if I order TODO accessories they cannot fulfill the order but do not tell you this. Customer services are hopeless. I had to tell them what to do about my orders...eg refunds etc. I believe they are not based in the UK and phone lines to them are appalling. It is very disappointing to hear the presenters stating that parcels will be dispatched in 3-5 days when this is obviously not the case. If you want any item quickly then look around on line for other suppliers. There are plenty about and some have better offers than Create and Craft I am seriously thinking about not renewing my membership when it expires. Being quick to take customers money and then not fulfill the order is not good business practise and makes one wonder whether they are having to raise quick cash. Combining the US and UK in one business might not be the best for us.

On more than a few occasions I have had orders not being despatched for well over a week so it takes so long to get my order. I ordered something on 23rd July and it bas only just arrived today! i do spend alot of money with create and craft so it annoys me when i have to wait so long and ive also frequently had incorrect and missing/damaged items. The customer service never respond in a way that I can understand, not even sure if the customer service centre is even in the UK. Having still not had a response from my query about my order not being despatched I have decided that I am wasting my money with create and craft and whilst the products and tv channel is great, I would rather pay more and wait for it to be available in the shops than spend all this money on the products and membership and p&p and then get this poor service. I am so disappointed.

Very poor communication and service, sent 3 emails and still waiting for a reply. Ordered item which was out of stock, promised email when back in stock, still waiting and item is now available. Very slow delivery service. I only use if I really cannot get item elsewhere, such a shame as it could be a good service run properly. Also could do with reviewing presenters, some just make me turn off straight away with their inane chatter which takes away from the demonstrators time.

Create and Craft is very very poor about delivering your order. You can wait for weeks to get your order, if you get it at all. Many times I have placed my order (and paid for it) only to have my money refunded weeks later because they were out of stock. Wouldn't you have a system that tracks your inventory while orders are being placed? I am constantly receiving emails to review products that I have not even received yet, if at all. Half of their Web Site doesn't even work. Am always getting "Sorry, somethings missing" when you click on a link. They need to get their junk together and learn how to run their business to keep their customers. I'm gone!!!

I recently purchased the Accuquilt and some dies, happy with the price and product but once you have placed your order the systems are terrible. You receive an e-mail to tell you your item has been despatched but no idea when it will be delivered ! The e-mail says within 3 days, log into your account and it gave me a day which had already gone by. You have no idea on what day or time your item is going to arrive and when its a large item you just know you need to be at home to take delivery. There is a link to track in the e-mail - but no tracking number ! You have to phone the customer service team (13p per minute- not acceptable either !) who then give you the tracking number, and then you get told the item is in the USA ! I used the on line e-mail contact form to contact Customer Services on the 12th Oct, its now the 19th and still no contact. My Accuquilt has now arrived and I am happy with it but it really doesn't have to be this difficult. I'm still waiting for some dies, they left the warehouse on 14/10 but still no sign and no tracking again. I've purchased items for less than £10 on e-bay and known what minute of the day they are going to be delivered so when I'm spending hundreds of pounds I expect to know what day its arriving ! Sort it out Create and Craft or I won't be purchasing again.

I had a problem with flexi-pay and called Customer service and was told to wait until they contacted Corp Office. After several weeks they said "still waiting for Corp. we will contact you." All the time they were charging my account $20.00 a month, total $60.00. Problem still not solved, they sent my account to collections for a problem they caused. I loved shopping Create & Craft until dealing with Customer Service. No one seems to know what they are doing. Now they blocked me like I was not a good customer. I love their products, but wish I knew how bad their Customer service sucked. If Create & Craft greatly improves their customer service, I would be happy to become a customer again.

Come on Create and Craft wake up and smell the coffee! I, like thousands of other people have had catastrophic experiences with Customer services based abroad! Please bring all of it back to the UK where we are understood when we speak and not have a very long conversation where a shorter one would do especially at the cost of the phone calls! I must admit that recently I have stopped watching C & C as much as I used to where it used to be on all day in my house due to the poor customer service and too many Tattered Lace shows. I like Tatter Lace but it seems every time I turn on the TV its there.

Has anyone else had a problem when they try to use the discount codes sent out to members. I was completing my order, put in the discount code & the page went blank, so I wasn't sure if my order had been accepted or not! I immediately emailed the webmaster address with my query & over a week later did not get a reply. In the meantime I had confirmation of my order but no discount deducted. I then emailed customer services, 4-5 days later I have revived a reply saying as I didn't put the discount code in, I am not entitled to the £10 discount?? Anyone know how I cancel my membership?

I signed up to C&C after watching on TV and impressed with products and prices. Wished I had checked reviews first! The items I have received so far are of good quality and value (although you have to watch for p&p charges). However there is no information sent about when items are dispatched (supposedly 3-5 days with an email sent when they are on their way). I received my first items after 8 days after sending an email asking where it was but I am still waiting for my membership pack. I have ordered another item as I was sent a £10 voucher due to the birthday event, so effectively I have had my money back (2 x £10 vouchers). I doubt if I will continue when my year is up as the customer service is so poor. No acknowledgement of enquiries by email, just a bulk standard response. Two stars as products good, no stars for customer service!

Having been a member of Create and Craft for a number of years I have noticed that their customer services is now so bad, they do not even acknowledge complaints, they have become too big and do not have any regard for their customers. I have a problem with the technical side i.e. their server will not recognise my account. I have tried several time to contact them via email, as I live in Spain, but no acknowledgement from them. I am now no longer able to use the site and will most certainly not renew my membership. I have also encounter many problems with orders disappearing and losing out on special offers. So beware any problems and your on your own.

Ginger should be removed. She seems to have no notion what she is talking about. She comes across like an idiot. If I hear "you guys" once more I'll scream. I love Joann fabrics and am amazed they'd be associated with this. It is insulting to have her speaking to serious crafters. Have her go back to cheerleading or her surf board.

I ordered a Brother Scanncut. When it arrived and I switched it on it told me to turn it off and the instructions said if this happens send it back to your supplier. I phoned create and craft and they arranged collection it was collected on 22november and I heard nothing more until I emailed them today. They replied that their courier takes upto 14 days from collecting a parcel to delivering it back to them and when they recieve it back they will inspect it and get it repaired if possible I have to wait while they recieve it and inspect it , repair it etc . I am appalled they will not send me a new one or return my near £400 they have had for nearly three weeks. How they have the audacity to say a courier they employed to collect the item will take 14days to deliver it to them is frankly unbelievable . They are selling the brother scanncut again today but will not send me one even though they have my money and I have proof the courrier collected the faulty one from me from me 22 November. I have contacted Brother customer service and they say it nothing to with them I must deal with create and craft. I am furious.

Why do you charge extortionate p&p per item for it to take well over 15 days?? If you paid these prices with other delivery company's ie Royal Mail I know for a fact it would be a next day delivery. If you order a collection with the company who say they do it night and day (they're orange) it costs £7 and will be delivered to you the same day. If you are going to charge these p&p prices at least make it next day delivery. I understand you are a busy company and dispatches will have a back log but even then that took 8 days for it to be dispatched. The 8th I ordered over £100 worth of goodies and it's still not here after paying £6.99 p&p????? Come on guys get it sorted. Ill probably never order again. This now is the 2 nd time I've not renewed my membership. At least say at time of purchase it can take up to 20-25 days for your order to be delivered. Rachel

Well were actually paying postage for no reason at all!!! I ordered 2 items paid two lots of p&p for one item to be stuffed inside the other items packaging. Really!!!!! £2.99 for something that weighs less than an envelope?? For it to be put inside another package anyway. Totally wrong

Been watching the show and live the new and exclusive set of dies, this includes garden bench, shuttered window, sage and basil etc . Nearly placed an order but when typed into Google you can buy all of them on eBay ! To me they are not exclusive to create and craft and shouldn't mislead viewers into thinking it's the only place to get them

I've used flexipay several times already so I know how it works.Today I ordered the tattered lace florentine offer along with other craft items. To my horror I received an email which confirmed that the full amount would be taken from my account.I called within minutes of the order being made. Tried sorting this with customer service. Only to be told that the order was already sent to suppliers and they could not cancel anything or amend to flexipay. There was nothing they could do. So I shall have to rely on my bank to put this right. I know from other reviews that refunds by C & C take far too long. It would help too if the contact numbers were more specific/correct. Really disappointed to miss out on the dies offer. I would recommend flexipay but not the customer service (as above)

I have only watched this since Christmas time. I ordered a few items as I am starting patchworking this month. Some arrived quite quickly others ordered earlier still haven't arrived. I emailed customer services to tell them that one item had not arrived. They replied by saying that another item I had ordered had been sent direct from the manufacturer, competely missing the point. I still haven't received the item but have to wait a further 10 days before they will do anything. Other items, according to my account details have been sent out and should have been here about 3 days ago. No sign of them. I did buy a daylight lamp which was on special offer and I'm very pleased with it. That arrived within 2 days and was at a very good price. They should warn you that you may have to wait two to three weeks for items to arrive. In my opinion you are better shopping on Ebay than on here. Some of the items they are selling are available at the same price on other websites. Often the demonstrator has their own web site. My advice would be to shop around first.

I am having problems with an order I didn't receive. I emailed them to let them know about it and have only got automatic reply. 4 days later I got an actual email to say it would take 10 days to investigate!!! They take your money quick enough but don't refund it very quickly. Have asked C & C customer service why it takes 3-4 days to reply to a complaint and the twice I asked there wasn't any reply to my question. Had heard that they were bringing their call centre back to the UK but don't know if that has happened yet. Will let you know how this all turns out.

Omg! I thought it was just me! I was shocked when they said they have been on for 15 years! Seems like they are a brand new company still working out the kinks. Their shipping times really do suck! I also get requests for reviews on non-received items. They just do not have it together and yes, they also need a new experienced web master! (Probably someone's brother. LOL)
