FORCED TO GIVE IT 1 STAR - Absolute Rubbish!!! Like many others I opted for the £10 membership deal, with the £10 Credit and must have been one of the lucky ones as I was able to spend my credit straight away.
Over the past couple of months I have tried desperately to access the Create and Craft website to make use of my membership and have not been able to. I've tried different browsers, search engines and even the link on the bottom of the Ideal World web page, which incidently that link has now been removed.
Like many others, my numerous emails have been ignored. However, the next to last email sent, spured them into ringing me. I spoke to a lady who I could barely hear or understand who was desperately trying to sell me craft items over the phone using my membership discount and free P&P!
Do I really want to buy something without seeing it first...I think not. She kept on and on and on and in the end I had no option but to put the phone down because the line kept breaking up.
I then sent them another email stating that I wish to access the website and make my own purchases and use the discount on them and do not want somebody phoning me trying to sell items I do not want.
That was the last correspondence with them and by the way your sponsored Creat and Craft link on this site does not work either!
I purchased the membership in good faith in order to benefit from the 10 per cent discount on craft purchases and feel that there should be some sort of law or trading standard to deal with this.

I began crafting 2 years ago and thought Create and Craft was the best thing since sliced bread! I picked up so many tips to make my card making look really professional and was so tempted to purchase the lovely items on offer. So my husband encouraged me to join the club and was very pleased to receive 10% off each of my purchases - and since then have spent hundreds and hundreds of pounds. Create and Craft TV - fantastic - i thought... a programme dedicated to crafting which is my passion. Programmes were great and very inspirational and have taught me lots of new techniques

However that was how it used to be!! Now all they seem to do is Die cut decoupage and cd-roms, they don't give the guests a chance to demonstrate the products, and quite frankly irritate you with stock updates every 30 seconds!

I also have had problems with the Create and Craft Club. I think they block you so you have to ring to get it unblocked. They don't reply to emails within the timescale they say and why should we pay premium rate telephone calls to get what we have already paid for

After reading the other reviews, I felt I had to stick up for Create And Craft TV a bit. Although I have had a few minor problems in the past, I think that on the whole the service I have had is good. My one complaint would be that when I first joined the club and placed an order, the whole thing would be sent in one box. Now, if I order several items at once (which I tend to do because of the postage being '9.90 to Ireland) they seem to come in loads of seperate packages, which is annoying. I'v ...

I have recently joined the create and craft club....really useless, the discount of £10 is impossible to get, having rung customer services.....really expensive phone calls...I am told I will only be given the discount if I ring an order in.....not what their web page says it indicated it will be given on both web and phone orders is this a breach of there legal obligation?????I cannot log onto the club web site, I have rung customer service to be told to ring their dedicated tec site what ...

I too joined create and craft club when the £10 offer was on, I eventually received the discount, but when I placed the order only part of it turned up, since placing the order on 25th June, I have spent a fortune on premium rate telephone calls trying to get 1. the goods, or 2. a refund, the telephone calls have now cost more than the item! Create and Craft's customer services are absolutely appalling. I joined the club in May when they were offering £10 membership for the year and £10 to spend on anything you wanted, good bargain I thought! yeah right.First of all was told by someone (who I could barely understand) that I could not spend my £10 on anything but the Bi-monthly disks!!! I have been a member of Create and craft since May 09,but bought several items with no trouble at all...till I became a member.They block your account login,they don't give you your discount on line,slow impossible connection to the net on sale days etc.The customer service is awful,can't understand them,they tell you that you have to re-order items that the automated service got wrong,giving you a bogus item number for the items in question,making you think that your wrong,but if you go to the ...

Create and craft TV by far has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I have called up customer services many a time (whose employees seem to not be at a UK based call centre), and on every occasion they are rude and inconsiderate and totally unhelpful. Extremely disappointed.

I Have been a member of create and craft since the 15th of April 2009 I have a login address and password but have never been able to login properly I have perhaps got to the first screen then its taken be back to the login screen again. I have reported this matter to customer service so many times its getting a joke, it also costing lots of money on phone calls. I purhased for the fist time Ideal World offer to become a member of create and craft for £10 pounds and receive a credit of £10 on my account two weeks on and a few e-mail sent I have still not received my £10 credit.
The trouble is my husband told me to avoid buying from Create And Craft TV but I dident listen as i thought it was a good deal to good it seems.

After being a member of the Create And Craft TV Club for 2 years i have tried for the past 3 months to log into the club and it wont accept my password so i cant get on. Ater many e mails and phone calls got nowhere. This weekend Create and Craft have been impossible to order on-line - everytime I eventually get onto the website it runs so slow that my basket keeps getting emptied!! I tried to ask a question via telephone but all I can assume is they use an Indian call centre because everyone has very thick accents I can't understand even if they can understand my query - which seems unlikely because I was advised (incorrectly) to purchase club membership again. I just rejoined the craft club after a gap of probably a couple of years. I saw the promo on the tv and they were offering you £10 to be put on your account to spend however or whenever you wanted. There were also good offers on free gifts, just pay the postage, and some cd's that are sent every two months for a year. Good offer of £10 the set, less £1 for being a member. So far so good.

I think, on the whole, they do have some very good offers on Create And Craft TV but ...

Not a member but ordered from the Create And Craft TV channel a couple of times. Maybe it's just me but each time my deliveries took quite a long time. Did have a mix up with the product delivered once but it was sorted out promptly and I received the item I had ordered in the first place.

i am upset to read the user reviews - just looked at them out of interest (nosy). I have to say I have bought from create and craft / idealworld both as a member and non-member and found them to be helpful, items were delivered promptly and i had my membership discount immediately. I havent had any problems so cant say how they were handled - but I have bought craft, gardening, kitchen and home items over the last two years.have to say that perhaps those with probs are the most likely to revi ...

I love watching craft shows on tv. Ideal World and Create and Craft are great. I am on freeview so can only watch when its on Ideal World. I usually spend a few pounds each month. I am influenced by the quality of the prog. My favourite presenter is Steph and fav. expert is Nancy, followed by Joanna S. Michelle and Anthony. I like Martin and Nigel too.

After joining create and craft tv members club over a week ago I am still unable to get into the members site. after 4 phone calls to there customers services who were not helpful at all. I then sent 2 e-mails and reciveced 2 e-mails back identical say that I should be hearing from them within 7 days this is not good enough

3 months after paying a subscription to the create and craft club i still haven't received my pack and cannot access any new content. The link from club page to customer services is broken, and has been for months. Repeated attempts to contact ideal world customer services only gets a standard we will get back to you answer. The customer services are rubbish and they do not care about individual queries or problems. I wish I'd stuck to watching them on the tv and spent my money elsewhere.
