“Don't trust any offers they run!”

They recently advertised an offer where you buy some papers and get some free tickets for Alton Towers. After collecting the papers and relevant tokens, and sending them off it took them over a month to send us some tickets, which were for THE DAY AFTER I received them. When I contacted them about this, I just got a very abrupt 'Sorry, the dates can't be changed' message. It seems that the Sunday Times want a way out of these offers, so they get us to buy papers but don't allow us to use... (read more)
