Good Points: Quality of production/presentation. Loads of helpful pertinent independent advice. All round general feel good factor.

General comments: As someone new to the need to slim and do something about it I'm very impressed with the impartial wide ranging hints, tips and advice one gets from Slim at Home. An extremely well produced magazine.

Slim At Home is an excellent magazine which contains a lot of inspirational and informative articles to help those trying to lose weight in an objective and unbiased manner. A very positive feature from my perspective is that the magazine is not affiliated to any paticular weight loss company so is not peppered with adverts for one particular brand. I would not hesitate to recommend it to you if you want to educate yourself about the best ways to lose weight - incorpating food, nutirition, physi ...
