Our grandchildren had a great time on all the slides, as well as the go-carts and tractors. Driving the Land Rovers was very easy and they were soon in control. The animals are a great attraction and it was good to see some real farm animals on display.
The food in the cafe was superb and the value at Cumbria Walby farm park was good compared to other places we have visited.

The soft play is humungous!!! Sometimes Cumbria Walby Farm Park can be a bit busy (shows how good it is) and that when we went we got one cheese burger free (by accident). I loved it, there is so much to do whether it's rain or sun!- Read Guest's review (47 words)

We took 3 children aged 3,8 & 11 and they had a great time at Cumbria Walby Farm Park! Indoor play area was brilliant. Our kids got to hold 2wk old rabbits and bottle feed lambs in the barn! Staff were very friendly, food was good and reasonably priced. We would def go back again!- Read Guest's review (77 words)

Cumbria Walby Farm Park has plenty to do for a good few hours, An excellent indoor play area which was monitored by at least 3 members of staff at all times (two fingers up to parents who let their kids kick the crap out of smaller ones and turn a blind eye, yes theres always one wherever you go) good golf kart trailer pulling thingy which my kids loved, there wasnt loads of animals but younger ones would enjoy seeing them. theres also go karts ,outdoor play, trampolines, food facilities, picnic ...- Read Guest's review (148 words)

A very expensive soft play where adults have to pay!!!! - Not much good for the young ones!! - Not many animals outside or much to do outside either a few ride on tractor toys and some bikes!! - Not very impressed at all with Walby Farm Park. Would much rather pay the extra to travel to Dumfries as their two parks are far better!!- Read julswm's review (65 words)

I took my two grandchildren, they had a lovely day, and enjoyed everything! Especially the animals and outdoor adventure playground.
after paying £16 to get in and £10 for drinks and ice cream, we were apparently told that we could not eat our own sandwiches. After travelling an hour to get there it made it a very expensive day, having to buy meals too!
Well organised and supervised play areas But when one goes for a day out to a farm they expect to be able to have a picnic! ...- Read Eileen Dowden's review (90 words)

Overall Cumbria Walby Farm Park is a great place for the children to let off some steam whilst parents can most often relax. Hopefully there will be more animals to see in the future and a real insight and understanding of the farms day to day running.- Read Guest's review (112 words)

I think if you go to any outdoor place when it's been raining for 4 months you need to dress appropriately and put the kids in wellies.
Our two toddlers loved the indoor play area, but were equally delighted to splash in a few puddles (in their coats and wellies) and ride the wee tractors thro the same. On a cold and wet day there was enough to see in the animal barn and who couldn't love the piglets?
If you don't want somewhere that looks and smells like a farm outside, don't go to a farm park! ...- Read Guest's review (156 words)

We had a lovely day at the Walby Farm Park, plenty to do to amuse children of all ages, farm animals, tractor rides, play area, good restaurant, baby change facilities, shop, and plenty of car parking, I would recommend this as a good family day out.- Read andreajohnson's review (134 words)

We are really impressed with this gem of an idea. Brampton and Carlisle have needed something like this. Being local, we felt that the season ticket offered real value for money. We will certainly be going back.- Read mands's review (106 words)

I paid £21 to admit 1 adult & 3 children (age 3, 5 & 6) fully expecting to spend most of the day there. We left after 2 hours as they were bored and that included having lunch! The indoor play area is good. Outside, 3 paddocks with sheep & hens in, a play area with grass uncut for weeks & covered in thistles, go carts for older children, pedal tractors in a old silage pit that is full of dirty puddles (no drainage) couple of pens of calves, pigs & goats, not named, no animals to pet or fee ...- Read Blondie17's review (169 words)
