My forgetful nature almost cost me my vacation. They offered excellent customer service. Very quick and easy.

I failed to pick up my ladies community box as I had Flu (Covid) symptoms, self isolating. The following week I expected to pick up x2 boxes (today's and the one I missed last week). I was informed that cassettes not picked up are destroyed! Is that legal? Deny someone their prescribed medication?
