I'm struggling to think of anything to recommend about Lloyds Pharmacy. One could perhaps forgive the frequent mistakes, stock errors, and so on if the service was any good. It isn't. It seems the staff have been instructed to never, ever apologise. Even when they've lost my prescription, missed off items, or tried to claim I've already collected it, not once have they ever said sorry. They act like they couldn't care less. In our local branch, staff will always go to any length to help my elderly nan. Shes very forgetful so they are forever helping her sort out her tablets and making sure she has enough, and have now set up a tray for her to take which is fab! I cant fault them! “Free Delivery?”

I wanted to buy some cod liver oil from the website. The google link placed the product as having free delivery along with the link to the website. Once on the website I entered details including my email and personal details, all before making the purchase of course. Just before entering my card details a charge of £2.95 was added. I emailed costumer services, only to be told the free delivery was only accompanied by a purchase of £40.00! Just another example of misleading product... (read more)

My wife needed a blood pressure moniter. We ordered on from One Click Pharmacy. A week later, it still had not arrived. We listened to all the excuses and lies,found out that they had not even shipped it seven days after I ordered and paid for it, so we cancelled the order. I went to Lloyds Pharmacy online, ordered it, and it was delivered the next day. So what if Lloyds Pharmacy is a £1 or so dearer, I would rather pay the extra £1 or so and have good delivery and not to listen to excuses... (read more)

Disappointed to see ignorant staff, after such a big television advertising campaign to promote their new prescription services.

Prescriptions that don't arrive when they are supposed to, part filled & without warning luckily these medicines were not life supporting. (read more)

I found this review not helpful because the service they decided to use after seeing a stupid tv advert is one tiny bit of what Lloyds actually do!!! Unfortunately, the company force every Lloyds store to offer this awful service when it doesn't suit many people. Maybe the person should review the whole of their local Lloyds store/s.
