i went to buy a wedding dress from this store.it was a venus dress.the older lady showed me some .when i got home to barnsley i looked at the venus website and the dress i looked at was not the rrp the store had on the ticket.this store sells dresses way past the rrp so the discounts look better.in fact i purchased my dress in Sheffield for a much better price.
please check your prices, do your homework and don't be fooled.

sorry to see Jaye has left your company we always found her to be very helpful and attentive.we have a caravan on skirlington leisure park and come most weekends , our daughter natalie bought a dress, tiara ,and veil from Jaye and her mum and she was ever so good.my daughter got married last week in kippax Leeds's and looked really beautiful.

i used to work in a a store at hornsea freeport, & a few weeks ago i purchased my dress, i am expecting a baby & my bump grew quicker than expected. i was available to change the dress and jade and rita helped me.i bought them some chocolates to say what kind people they were.my wedding was super and my baby has arrived , thanks ever so much . rebecca and mollie.

this store is not as i expected, three years ago i bought my daughter a dress from the store but is was at a different section in hornsea freeport.we all went to the freeport approx five weeks ago on a Friday ,school holiday time, as we live in Lincoln, we were browsing around and a lady was chatting to someone on the phone.we asked if we could try a few on and we did , we asked about the dress in particular and the lady said it was an American company and that the dresses were made in china.we ...

i would like to submit a review regarding the wedding collection at the freeport in hornsea.
some friends of mine and i, went to try on a few dresses there a few weeks ago,and felt that the staff situation was terrible,really off hand and more bothered about a baby that was in the store. they were not a bit interested in us and said it was a self service day,it was the middle of the week and no other people were in.we tried on a few dresses but felt like we were interrupting them so left.we did ...

I went to The Wedding collection at Hornsea yesterday, I'm due to get married in 5 weeks and unfortunatly there is a problem with the dress I was planning to wear so I needed a replacement - fast! yesterday,Saturday my partner and i went to the hornsea free port,my partner purchased a suit from a store and i went to the wedding store,i was helped to look by a sales advisor for my dress.i purchased a red dress and matching items as my wedding due date is Christmas eve.i felt like a million dollars and would recommend the store to others.thank you,nice and friendly store with prices to suit all budgets.

we went to The Wedding Company today, my sister and I,to look for a petticoat.
We had the money with us to purchase one,and simply wanted to try it on before buying,
My sister is about a size 12/14 and is 38 weeks pregnant, and was worried about it fitting over her hips as she normally has a hourglass figure and the petticoats looked a little smaller than she had expected, althought they had flexible pannels

Earlier this year we visited the Wedding Company at Hornsea after being told how good the choice and service was. My daughter, with the help of one of the staff picked out several dresses and tried each one on, this did take a while but she was not rushed in any way regarding which one (if any) to have. last week i bought a divine dress from the wedding collection at the horn sea free port.the lady recommended me a veil which went perfect with my dress , as i have just had a baby i was a bit concerned that i would look large on my day .as a size 26 i felt like a size zero model , thank you for all your hard work and when my daughter is all grown up i hope she loves my dress too.oh by the way the seamstress booked me in at such short notice for my hem altering .

im so excited .. i was out for a day trip to hornsea and felt i needed to pay the wedding collection a visit.i am getting married for the second time and felt that i would like a simple dress. the choice was amazing ..i ended up getting a beautiful dress, shoes , bag and fascinator and jewellery for under £225..amazing .the sales assistants were very pleasant and helpful...i will be telling all my friends ....what an amazing shop , collection and staff.i felt like a princess. and the shop ...

I have to say I disagree entirely with the poor reviews. I am a size 14 and was told the dresses do measure up a bit small and ended up coming away with a size 18 dress.
I found the staff very helpful and polite in all ways. I found my perfect dress with great value for money. Thank you the wedding company. I hope a couple of negative reviews don't put people off somewhere well worth a visit!!

I have to completely disagree with the last comment, i travelled to the Wedding Company after being recommended by a friend. I was suprised at how much stock they had also the huge range of extras. I have visited many wedding shops and none of them offered as good value for money as this one. I bought my dress, 3 bridesmaid dresses and accessories for the price that my dress would have cost in a normal shop! We went to buy 4 bridesmaid dresses from The Wedding Company. We have a caravan in Hornsea and our daughter had heard of the shop so organised her 4 bridesmaids to come through (2.5 hour journey) and have a look. The lady in the shop was so rude and unhelpful that we decided to go elsewhere as just because dresses are cheaper doen't mean you should be treated like you don't matter. We got ours in a sale from a more professional full price shop near my daughters house.

being a regular customer at The Wedding Company ..my daughter bought her dress from the outlet , we rang up to put aside two bridesmaid dresses . the sales assistant served us , or should i say failed to be of any service due to her arrogant manner due to size of the dress ordered, if you are not a size 0 the service is poor. i have rang the store to complain.

I went to the Hornsea Wedding Company, which has moved to new premises, it was a busy saturday, I was with my two daughters. We were all made very welcome, the assistant was very helpful and we all got the dress of our dreams.
The cost was incredable £425 for two gorgeous bridesmaid dresses and my own gold wedding dress, tiara and veil...
Pay them a vist..not at all pushy you try on as many as you like and take the dress home the same day.
Full ranges 100s to choose from from sz8 to sz 3 ...

i paid a visit to the wedding collection on Sunday with my two daughters,i was getting married for the second time and wanted a bridal gown for me and two dresses for my daughters.
we got them at amazing prices , all the styles we wanted.
the shop is large and very busy,no pressure selling just great !!
